In my first breast augmentation I got 295cc on one side and 335cc on the other side, they were mod height and full projection.. these took me from a 12a/b to a 12d, they seemed to fluff around the 6week mark, so like they are all saying, just hang in there, I am sure you will get a 12c or 12d..

I am new here and just had my consult yesterday! And I'm glad to hear all of the other advice too, I'm sure they are totally right.

But one more thing that my doc said might help you.. he said that the implants are intended to make you look good naked and that you can basically change their shape however you want with a bra, so if you feel like there isn't enough projection after you have fully healed, its nothing a good push-up bra can't fix!! I hope that helps.. btw I'm looking at very similar stats as you!

You are only two weeks post-op so your muscles are probably still holding your implants down. I think you'll expand outward a bit more as everything drops and settles into place. It just takes time. You probably won't have the projection of HPs, but you'll have more than it looks like right now.

I know its all about the look each person wants. I LOVE my mods and would be totally self-conscious if I had huge projection. They stick out far enough as it is, IMO. But if more projection is what you want, at least you'll know that when you decide (or need) to have a re-do. For now, just give them time to take shape.

Forget that **** he said that to you. A couple of days ago I felt like my boobs were starting to feel softer and I let my friend grab them to feel the difference and he said "no they still feel rock hard" I went home and cried So I know how it feels. But on the good note a lot of girls get MUCH bigger when they drop and fluff.. plus it could have been what you were wearing so don't worry about it. Try on one of your old bras and I bet you they are not the same!!

I feel the same way...I had my breast augmentation on 11-13-09. I thought my PS was going to put in Moderate + but woke up with Moderates instead 450(right) 400 (left). I too have been so depressed about the way they look...I know it's early but I feel like I am off to a bad start from the beginning because I don't know that a Moderate profile will give me the cleavage and projection I ultimately wanted. I also look really small...especially from the side...for the amount of cc's I got but PS claims he could not go any bigger...Sorry for the long post...I just need to vent...just feeling like I am going through all this pain and spent all this money for less than optimal results.

Yeah, I would give it some time because that’s still an ample amount of cc’s you got there!! When I was trying on the sizers in the office my doctor pulled the sports bra back really tight and said this is what it’s going to look like with the mods and under the muscle. After that I took out the 400’s and started trying the 500’s because I wanted to be a big D.

like everyone else has already said. Give it time. I too am giving it some time, since i have boobie greed also and feel small. I wish i went with 500ccs. I also had 400 mod+ silicone gels under the muscle. Lets just be patient and wait to see what happens within the next few months to come =)

I think it's also important to remember that most of us small-boobied girls wear push up bras, trying to look as big as possible. I'm sure that pushed up, they look similar to how they look post-op smooshed down. I've read many women say that right before they had surgery they started wearing the biggest push-up bras they could find to throw people off that they didn't want to know they were having the procedure done. And it always worked. Women can usually tell if they're real or fake or really pushed up, etc., but men have NO idea. I've heard men say that they think all women are C cups...then I read a message (on this forum probably) that men think that Kate Hudson is a small C and Katie Price is a large C - you get the point. You did this for you and as long as you're happy, that's all that matters!

I have mod sils, under the muscle also, and I can tell you I am 100% in your boat! I'm assuming you haven't tried on a 'real' bra yet, because that is where the beauty lies. My boobs are wideeee. So from the front, they look large. But side profile? There's no depth. BUT. Put on a good wired bra, and it pushes the some of that side boob into depth and you will have lovely large boobs! You're not very far into recovery, give it some time!
