Look huge with the bandage on??

Hi ladies-
Had my breast augmentation this morning!! Everything went really well and I'm not in too much pain. I have a pain pump and I think that is really helping. However, I look massive with the bandages on, seriously like Pamela Anderson! And my implants are on the small side - 275 on one side and 300 on the other (didn't even know I was uneven!) So, who looked huge in their bandages??

I got 300cc, and I looked soooo huge with my bandages on! Don't worry, they're just super swollen, mine went down 3 inches the first week! 3 inches and I still measure a 32d, you can imagine how huge they looked. Just give it some time.

OMG are you S***ing me they swell up that much? Im getting 450cc HP tomarrow hahahaha im gonna be crazzy huge for a bit huh

congrats on the new boobies

i didn't have massive bandages or anything but i was so swollen after my breast augmentation that i looked 10-15 lbs heavier. i was so worried that i would have to buy huge clothing just to fit my boob in them but now that the swelling is gone i can fit into all my old clothes again..they just look better

you will be fine.

Congrats!

I came home in the strap and my boobs were high, tight, and swollen. I also felt like I looked like I gained weight but am very happy now.

Thanks girls! I feel better knowing they'll go down. 3 inches in a week is very reassuring! Tequila, yes they are big! That was the one thing that I wasn't prepared for. I didn't notice it at the hospital but when I got home and looked in the mirror I was shocked that they looked so big! No way that I'm going to the bus stop with kids this week

I'm in a lot more discomfort today too.

I have alot of the same stats as you. Although he put in 385ccR and 390ccL, I can't imagine how Im going to look. I still haven't seen them and can't take off the bandages till tomorrow. I can't wait to meet the twins

Thanks for starting this thread. I'm 2 days out and my boobs look pretty darn big. Not to mention they are firm and one is higher than the other. It's good to hear that when the swelling calms down, the size goes down too.

Thanks for the replies girls! I'm going to try and put some pics up this week.
I had the bandages taken off on Friday & look much smaller now. I can't believe how huge I looked with them on. Of course, now I'm thinking I could have gone bigger! So far they look pretty good and I think I may end up a baby C. I'm very happy with them & seriously I cannot stop looking at myself in the mirror!
