How long until you wore a bra?

Sports Bra first week and then I was cleared to wear whatever was comfortable

No. There are wire free bras out there that are very comfortable and aren't sports bras.

Regarding your first question... I wore my surgical bra for a week. On my 1 week pre-op it was confirmed that I grew out of it and needed a wire free bra. I ended up buying a really good post augmentation bra (Wacoal - Awareness). It was a bit pricy but I loved it and still use it. I was too swollen to fit in my sports bra so I was in my Wacoal for 5 weeks. I've now graduated to underwire.

I picked up a Bali bra per PS instructions.. This is the bra I wore for 4 weeks so I bought 2... After 4 weeks I was allowed to wear anything and any bra I wanted...HTH?
