I know for me it was a good 5-6 weeks for all the swelling to actually go down and then the changes started. At the beginning I was wearing a 34D/DD at times. At about 7 weeks or so I went and got measured and I am a 32DDD/F and sometimes I can wear a G depending on the manufacturer. I still today wear a 32DDD and it fits much better as my breast are now much fuller and softer.
