![]() | A Mondor's Cord!
Hi girls! After getting out of the shower today, I was putting on lotion and noticed a Mondor's cord under my left breast. I have been doing a little research on them and my question to you all is, do you recommend I call my PS? That way if something goes wrong, at least I will have called them. Also, is it something I have done or not done to make this happen? Too much activity? Thanks ladies!

Hi I noticed I had one about a week out from surgery. I don't think you really need to call your Doctor. Like you, when I got mine, I got right on this site and posted questions. Everyone pretty much said the same thing ...they are normal, nothing to worry about, just a pain in the butt, if they hurt try a hot wash cloth or something similar. I happened to have a follow up appt. with my doc two days later so I told the nurse, === she seconded all of that. I wouldn't worry. ;-)

I did not when I had them just asked at my next visit I had them very bad on both breasts but you know if it would make you feel more at ease to let them know about this condition then call them it certainly will not hurt to do so |
