Hard Breasts Advice Please

Any advice would be really appreciated!

I had my breast augmentation 4 days ago. I had 600cc in the left and 650cc in the right silicone and placed under the muscle. My breasts are hard and tight. My surgeon wants me to massage a lot and move my arms by stretching very often.

When will they start to soften? They are so hard and tight especially at night and in the morning. They don't really look swollen, I do have some bruising on the bottom of my breasts. My incision is in my armpit. I'm so frustrated with being sore. I'm ready to really feel better.

Sorry I'm venting! I just need some words of wisdom of what to expect next.

It will take a while for them to soften up, im not quite 3 months po and mine are just now really starting to get softer and move a bit more. I felt much better and not so tight about 1 month po, really once my swelling went down all the way. Hang in there, it will get better. In the meantime hot showers and massage can really help.
