Do they get bigger??

Just wondering when your implant is under the muscle, do your boobs get bigger as the muscles relax? I know I am only one day out but just wondering...I got 350cc high profile unders and am fitting a 34C sports bra and fill a 32D underwire (just tried it on for fun lol). Would love for them to be slightly bigger when they settle.

So all and any opinions and info will be greatly appreciated

Yes!! They will get bigger Just as You said when the muscle and skin relax and give way to the shape of the implant it will take 3 to 6 months for Your final result and they also will drop a little and not be as high up on Your chest, Congratulations

i got my implants on sept 29th and i was upset when the swelling went down and i thought they were much smaller than i wanted. I read about the drop and fluff on here and that they would get bigger. I didn't believe it to be honest then, but now i am so amazed. mine are "dropping and fluffing" i went from a c to a dd and they are really amazing now. so dont worry it just takes patience!

Mine went from a C right after surgery, to a D after some dropping and fluffing...CoNGrATs on your new additions!

Thanks for this post! Would you girls say that your breasts were similar to the look when they were swollen? Breasts go from bigger to smaller to bigger so I wondered if the swollen was the same as after the muscle relaxes?

I have 350 HP under the muscle too and they definitely get bigger. Check out my albums to see! I am a little over a month out and still hoping to get a little bigger but I've definitely already gone up a cup size since the week of surgery!

Congrats on your newbies!! I have 350 mod+ and at 6 weeks I am definitely A LOT bigger than I was a few days postop. I was very high and tight for a few weeks. I have some progression pics up, FR sent!

Mine have not gotten any bigger at all and I don't really expect them to. However, it's quite possible that I'm just clueless to exactly what "bigger" means at this point since I didn't buy a bra until last week. I'm a 34C bra, but when my PS measured me in the office just a few days ago, he said I'm a B?? He said it won't change. He did say that the rib cage measurement can make the cup size smaller or larger. For instance, if I tried on a 36C, the cup would be way too big for me. But a 36B would fit.

It's all so confusing to me!

I was happy with what they were right away...so them getting bigger really is freaking me out a bit! I'm wearing a 32D right now and I think that's perfect for me.....but I seriously think they are still growing! I went with 390cc's saline, unders. I need to take some new pictures, but yes as they d&f I'm def seeing differences. I started to d&f rather quickly too. GL and I'm sure yours will look gorgeous when they get all settled!
