![]() | Are your crease incisions hard?
Hi Girls, Just got my stitches out yesterday (Day 13), and I noticed that my incisions are flat, but feel rock hard underneath. I've just been told to massage my incisions, and use Vitamin E on them (not orally). Anyone else experience this? Did it eventually go away? |

Congrats on getting your stitches out! Mine are bumpy and have hard spots too. I hear it's normal and will go away. I'm 5+ weeks and they are still pretty red and bumpy, so give it some time.

Nope, mine are nice and soft... I massaged them by skin rolling ... works wonders at breaking up the fascia... I think I used bio oil for about 2-3 weeks |

Mine are also a little bumpy and hard, I am just over 3 weeks post op. I am using Mederma on them and they seem to have softened some.

By lifting the scar tissue and rolling it under your fingers you break it all the way down... no adherence

![]() | Thanks, I'm gonna try this - not sure if I will be able to lift it though.

Mine are still a bit lumpy and hard. I had a C-section 11 months ago and that scar just recently softened up. I think with a little time they'll soften too. Good luck!

my incisions felt hard 2 weeks ago. Now two weeks later, they feel soft. I hope it gets better for you. Give it time. I never massaged mine either. I just left them alone. hope it gets better for you!
