How long do you wear the strap?

In both senses of the question:

Do you wear it 24/7? And how long will you wear it? My girlfriend said she wore hers a lot, nearly all day and night for about a month.

I currently wear mine for about 23 hours out of the day, taking it off to massage or change or bathe.

For the first week or two I wore the strap 24/7 (except to shower) as per my ps instructions. After that, I only wore it at night for a week. HTH

I only had to wear it for the first week. I wore it 24/7. It just depends on each person and how their body is healing. What works for one person doesn't always work for the next. Good luck!!

I was put in the strap at 6daysPO. I wore it ALOT! (i guess 16-20 hours a day) for about a month...PS wanted me to stay in it so while I did wear it still ALOT! it was less than the 1st month...just had my 2m visit and he thinks I should continue to wear it at least at home and to bed

I can't wait to be done w/ it but I want my boobies to be done settling sooner rather than later too.

SO I am on my 3rd month of wearing the dreaded strap!

24/7 except for baths for 4 weeks. Yuck I hated it.

I have had this dreaded strap for a month now wearing it about 22 or so hrs a day except to shower and sometimes a 30 min break or so since all the pressure bothers my lift incisions sometimes. Im hoping on mon at my 1 month appt they say no more but I dont know cause looks like my lefty still has to drop some ugh!!!

For the first 2 weeks I wore it 24/7 and now I still wear it, but not 24/7, probably just 12-18 hours now. I am supposed to keep wearing it until my 6 wk post op..I am wearing it bc my right wasn't dropping as well as my lefty, but, it seems to be helping..oh, and I HATE wearing it
