![]() | These Mondor's Cords are so annoying!
I have them mostly on my left side. They are ugly, freaky looking, and feel like bruises. I'll be stretching and I will all of a sudden feel like I have been bruised all underneath my left boob crease and ribs and even farther down below my ribs. It hurts them when I hold my 18 month old on my left hip(that's the side I always hold her on). And, of course, this tight sports bra band is very uncomfortable on them too. I've had them for over a week. When do they go away?? They aren't getting any better yet. Does anything help them go away faster? What causes them anyway? Sorry, so many ?'s....
