Yay- I have boobs and feel great!

Well, I'm on such a high, my mum has just gone and we have had so much fun for the last few days, shopping, cooking, talking and laughing- I even drove today...maybe that doesn't sound so strange, but I had my breast augmentation on Tuesday!!...I have no pain at all except when I tried so see if I can lie on my side, my boobs look fab, no bruising and softening up already- it really is a case of reminding myself that I've just had surgery. I've cut down on painkillers, just taking the dicloflex, 3 times a day, but don't feel I need it. Only problem is not going to the loo yet and only sleeping 2-3 hrs at night, but thats coz I'm just lying there feeling so happy and relieved- I'm buzzing from that and not quite able to switch off, and I know a GA can mess with ur sleep patterns too...I am so very lucky to be feeling so well but wondering if the pain will kick in in a few days...time will tell...oh, and I just LOVE having boobs I am already walking taller and feeling the confidence. I have put some pics up but need to update as they're even better today.

I know a lot of you may be having a bit of a rough time recovering, really hope you're pulling through, and it may well be me who is struggling next week but just had to share my good feelings x x x

am I over-doing things?

I suppose I'm also thinking that I shouldn't be over-doing things, I'm finding myself reaching up for things and wondering whether I should- there's no pain but is there still a risk I might damage things? I woke up with my arms up holding the headboard- I guess thats bad, is there a chance of making the implant rotate? (I have anatomicals). I slept better last night- was still awake from midnight til 4.30 but as I didn't have to do the school run I went back to sleep til 8.30. During the day I'm not at all tired, infact feel really energised, maybe I should get the doctor to prescirbe some valium just to slow me down- I think I'm just so pleased to have finally done this after wanting it for 20 years that my body and mind have gone into celebration mode rather than recovery mode

Totally awesome girl. Your doing fantastic. Girls need to hear these comments before they go. I know it helped me.
I feel your excitement. I didn't have it as easy and don't know if the lift had anything to do with it or just my age.
I'm getting out for the first time today and am sure its going to feel good.
I felt different putting on a nice top and jeans. I feel like a new women and have a nice little shelf going. Just don't take a look under the bra! ha ha.
It is all so exciting and I'm ecstatic too.

Good for you! congrats! I keep getting more excited the more and more posts I read of positive experiences, even if there is some pain and discomfort, knowing that it is brief and ends is the most important part and that in the end it is worth it.

Congrats on your amazingly fast recovery! Just don't overdo it with lifting or reaching so you give everything time to heal on the inside.
