![]() | Hanging them out to dry!
I'm suppose to be wearing a bra. I'm 6 days post-op and I'm busting out of my surgical bra. Very uncomfortable. Saw doc today and I am able to wear a no underwire bra. So off I go shopping tomorrow but man tonight I just let them stay out for a while under my pj's. Will this hurt me in anyway for a couple of hours here and there.

You should stay supported 24/7 if thats what you ps told you to do your new developing healing pockets need support I of course am more paranoid since I have bottomed out once now and stay in high impact support underwire since my repair of 2 weeks ago. Wish you the best

absolutely, copper. you need to be supported for 2 weeks for the pockets to set, unless you want them to droop. some surgeons will set them high and advise braless from surgery. some will advise surgical bra for 5 days and regular bra thereafter for 3-4 weeks. listen to what your doc advised. he has more experience with boob jobs than you do. |
