Had my post op appt today

He said to just leave the steri strips on until they fall of on their own. I am supposed to use ScarGuard twice a day for 3 months after they fall off. He made no mention of a strap!! I am also allowed to sleep on my side as of now. He showed me how to massage twice a day...but one of the way is to push the implant down against the crease. This kinda worries me with the whole bottoming out thing. In two weeks I can start working out again and I can wear whatever I want except underwires.

So, I guess that's it....just sit and wait for the D&F to finish up!

We had the same exact post-op instructions...except I am not supposed to push down on mine and I am supposed to wear underwire and have mine supported at all times.

Good luck healing! Patience is a virtue
