| Full Breast Augmentation w/Lift Surgery Videos! View in order of how they're posted PART 1 First stage in a breast augmentation and circumareolar lift procedure performed by Dr. Jennifer Walden. The incision is around the nipple areolar complex, which will also be the access point to put in the breast implants. This is typically done in women with tuberous breasts, to improve and lift the shape of the breasts, as well as enhance the size.
