Question What is a Crescent Lift?

Hi ladies. I was wondering if any of you ladies had a crescent lift, and if you could tell me how the procedure is done? It will be greatly appreciated!!

It's not that much different from the standard areolar incision, basically the PS will cut a small crescent (c-shaped) piece of skin off above your areola and stitch it back together. It'll give a moderate lift on the nipple position and will most often heal just like an areolar incision would, provided the PS doesn't remove too much tissue causing problems later on. Slight puckering is possible.

Denese will become famous soon enough
I had a crescent lift done on one side. The procedure is just as Ina stated. It healed well & quickly, although I do have a little bit of sensation loss on that side. But, it seems to be slowly returning.

Hi Gabrielle

Have you looked at before and after pix of the various lift techniques? That might help. Generally, a crescent lift is JUST to raise the areola a tad. It will not lift the breast at all. If you're not saggy, just have areolas lower than you'd like, then the crescent should be good. If your entire breast "needs" to be lifted then you might want to consider a benelli, lollipop, or anchor. HTH

You may be able to do a benelli. I really thought I needed an lollipop lift and my PS was able to do a benelli lift on me. I was so happy to learn that I was a candidate for the benelli.

Angry one droopy

One of my girls is bigger and droopy than the other. I have some breast tissue on top, but more at the bottom with sagginess ( hope that is a word). My hubby is back from deployment, so I have him looking at picks with me. Poor guy, he has looked at soooo many boobs I really thought I would have to call the medics for him.. I am trying to figure out what size I would like to be. I know I want silicone and unders, just the size is making me get FRUSTRATED.

Hey Gabrielle (beautiful name by the way), I started off with a saggy 34C, got the crescent and 450ccs. I am extremely happy with the results (34DD...possible DDD or E?). The amazing thing is as crazy as that may seem, when someone is pre BA augmented breast really do look smaller than real breast. I feel that I look more like a full C/small D with clothes on...and when I take them off....Hot Damn LOL! I was initially slightly disappointed that the crescent did not lift more but my breast look amazing and not droopy at all. Size is always the hardest part. Good luck girl....and enjoy the time of boobie searching with your hubby!
