I'm sure you can, I wouldn't make that your deciding factor though but rather find a surgeon you're comfortable with and THEN worry about the price. It's better saving up and paying a few grand extra for a good job than going for a cheaper option, ending up with an infection and symmastia and having to pay more than the original price for a qualified doctor to do a redo!

I agree with Asufael. I got an anchor lift and implants a few days ago and for me it was around $8K. But I did interview several PS's and the one I picked was the most expensive. I thought he did the best work, so that is who I went with. But to give you an idea, the other 3 I interviewed were around $6,500 to 6,700 for a lift and BA.

My lift and BA is going to run around $8,000. It would be almost $2,000 cheaper if I were going with saline instead. I live in the midwest. I'm sure rates vary by region.

My lift and BA was just under $8K. I got silicone, though, so it would have been $1K less had I gone with saline. I have thin skin, so I went with the sils.

There is some pricing differences depending upon where you are in location as well. It would be interesting to see the costs for others in California where you (and myself) are. I think other locations like NY also seemed (if I'm remembering right from another thread) to have higher prices. I know that had I lifted with my BA (it was an option for me) It would have been around $11,700--with silicone.

I do also agree that one should be responsible with costs but not allow that to dictate your PS choice necessarily. A good PS with whom you have a high comfort level is priceless! You'll have so many questions and worries along the path of a BA--you'll want to know you picked the PS and not the price.

I had a Benelli lift and saline implants for $5450.00 in Tulsa, OK. Silicone implants would have been $1000 more.

It depends very much on the region you are in. But I agree that you should find a few reputable plastic surgeons and then go from there.
