Anyone uneven after lift?

Hey girls,
just had a "lollipop lift" w/implants 1 week ago! They look beautiful, but I feel like one is bigger than the other, maybe just swelling? Just wondering if anyone else had that experience?

Thanks a bunch!!

Hi Chrissy,

I didn't have a lift, but I did have some VERY uneven boobies 1-2 wks. post-op. They were so uneven at one point that I called my ps and he had me come in b/c he was afraid that what I was describing was a slow leak, but he took one look at me and said it was def. not a leak...only part of the healing process. Unfortunately just b/c your boobies were operated on at the same, it does not mean that they heal at the same rate. My ps actually told me that if he had a dollar for every woman that called during the first month post-op saying one of their boobies was bigger than the other....he wouldn't have to work!! That made me feel a little better. Anywho, I'm now a little over 5 wks. post-op and my girls are perfectly even. Mine are overs though, if you have unders you'll probably be a little uneven for longer.

Don't worry and remember patience is the name of this game.

I had bl-lollipop and ba too a week ago, 1 Week Anniv (yea) Mine look the same size, but my right one is harder and I am having alot of muscle spasams(sp) in it, the left one is alot softer, and so far so good on the spasams,, From what I read everyone says "the girls" do things very different, so not to be worried, It is nice to hear that evryone has all these little, different concerns we can all talk about, so we dont have to call our ps evry 10 min like I feel that I would if I didnt have all of these posts to read and fiure somethings out!!!

Hey Anne,
I really have no idea! I'm 29 yrs old & have been pregnant 4 times within the last 5 1/2 yrs. They've been inflated & deflated so much it's hard to tell. Mostly they just sagged to my bellybutton!!LOL Not anymore, best decision I've ever made! I love my children, but they did a number on the ladies!
Thanks for the reply! It's really appreciated! Chrissy

Wow,you've been busy !
The reason I asked is that sometimes unevenness is still apparent after surgery, it's so hard to get spot on...but, this really does sound like they are settling at different stages, very normal...x

Did you have to have your stitches removed or did they dissolve? I go next Wed. to have mine taken out & was wondering how painful it will be?
Thanks, Chrissy

Mine were dissolvable, but at 7 days, there was still some stubborn ones..I was really not looking forward to it one bit, I'm squeamish, but it's absolutely painless, honestly x

I had what Anne is saying. My left was slightly larger and I brought it up to the PS. He said that he took care of it during the lift but to me my left still seems slightly larger. Not hugely noticable, but I can tell. I am only a month PO but I think all of my swelling is gone and I have already dropped.

But she is right, it is so hard to get exactly the same!! Be patient, you will probably even out with time. . .
