Price depend on which lift?

I saw my PS today for the last time before surgery to discuss going up in size (I talked him up to 450cc) YAY! But anyways, he said that he may not have to do a lift and that he will decide once he gets the implant in and sits me up....I have already paid to have the lift done and the price was quoted for an anchor lift, he also said that he might end up doing a smaller lift, so my question is....Is an anchor lift more expensive than the other lifts? I am wondering if I should be expecing to get some money back if he does a smaller lift. BTW, my first surgery was just an augmentation w/ silicone and I paid $5600....and for this surgery I paid $9775 for lift and augment w/ silicone. Thanks for all your help, you girls are great!

I thinik the price is all the same no matter what style lift you get. I'm also getting an anchor lift b/c my surgeon says that makes the BEST possible breast shape outcome with less chances of weird looking boobs. I'm getting saline 500cc HP implants b.c im getting under the muscle and adding 15% more to get the size I want. I want to be about 450. My price for just the implants was 5,700 with both lift and implant is 8,575 so not to bad of a price but I think I'd regret not getting the lift even though I'm only borderline needing one. I'd rather do it now and have less surgery later ya know. But as far as your situation. They normally do the lift before because once they put the implant in it stretched the skin out so that doesnt sound right to me.

For many surgeons the price does depend on the type of lift, yes. Mine only charges extra for a full anchor lift, if you need a crescent lift he'll throw it in with the BA price. A full anchor however is a lot more work!
