Hi Everyone! I have soooo many questions!!!! I appreciate everyone answering them and helping me out!

Hopefully after I get my procedures done I can help answer all these questions too! But for now I can only wish you all luck and a fast recovery. Well...had my second consult today and we talked about the lift and I mentioned my nipple size and he said that reducing it would be part of the procedure. PS said that he would make it the perfect, ideal nipple size. So...I am asking, What is the "perfect, ideal nipple size???? And who determines this?????

I assume you are actually talking about the areola. I don't know if they are cookie cutter, so to speak. I think your PS will make them look like they should be for you...I had mine done too. I am having a slight revision to the right in September because it is slightly bigger than the left side.

I was just curious on how they go about picking the size! When they do a revision do you still have to pay for that or do they because it's their error??? Curious...

She said no charge. She said it will be a simple revision in the office. I wish she would go bigger for free! LOL

ha! my ps says"anything else that's done..." meaning i would have to pay, but im sure if they did something wrong majorly, yeah! that's my case as we speak!

So true! LOL I guess they have to pay their staff, and if you are under general again, they pay the anesthesiologist too....so they pass it on to you!

The Ideal sexiest size in my opinion (and to most men) is about the size of a quarter and then when they are hard they are the size of a nickle. Thats how my surgeon did mine..and I love them. B/c if you dont get them reduced the implant with stretch them out even more.

I am glad you told me that about the "stretching". I didn't even think about that but it makes sense why they automatically do it with a lift..but what if you don't get a lift??? What happens to your nipple then?

mine are small and frankly i like them that way

if they're supposed to be bigger, tough because there's no way i'm going to do anything to make them bigger.

Thanks Milla! I can't wait to make the date. It will be sometime in August. Just waiting for the surgeon to call me back with available times. As for nipple size? Yes..I would like mine smaller. There not huge..but not small either and if implants make them larger I'll really want them made smaller!

oh august will be here before you know it! i know it sounds like a huge wait, but you'll soon be in boobieville with the rest of us

re nipples, mine remained the same post BA, meaning they were small and they remained small. that however could be due to the fact that i started with small firm breasts so i didn't have any sagging which could have made the skin, and the nipple, stretch.

make the most of your time here and ask any questions you have. there are plenty of helpful people here who have gone through every procedure imaginable. ask your PS, and even ask the PS's here too however don't expect one PS to give advice on another PS's advice because it would be unethical

My areolas are HUGE after breastfeeding two kids. They don't bug me though.

DH is the only one that sees them. My BA stretched them out to the breastfeeding size. If I fake tan you can't tell. I'm so lily white normally!

I never knew nipple reduction was an in office procedure? Wonder what they'll do?

I just had a lift and BA a week ago and my PS said he'd make my areola's look "great." I didn't really press him on what "great" meant, but I knew anything smaller would be better! Well, flash forward to today and I love what he's done!!

I think the "perfect" size depends on a number of factors, and its difficult to attribute some numerical dimension to perfection. I'm sure your PS will make your nipples look fabulous, whatever that may entail!
