I will be going back to work about a week and a half after my BA/BL. I pretty much do a desk job, kinda like an admin assistant, but not exactly. I know I probably won't be able to lift a lot, but is even going back to work after such a short time feasible? If it matters I am getting unders. Thanks ladies!

I had BA and a lift and went back to work about a week & 1/2 later. I also have an administrative type position. It all depends on how you feel, even though I dont lift anything either I was still tired after a few hrs of work during that 1st week back.

Hi There! I had a ba and lollipop lift...I had my surgery on a Thursday Morning (before Labor Day) and went back to work that next Tuesday. I have a desk job so it was fine...I was very tired the first day back, but it was also good to get back to work and a routine. Good Luck!

I had a full anchor lift with under the muscle implants on a Tuesday 10-3-06 and went back to work the following Tuesday 10-10-06. No problems other than sore muscles like the feeling you get when you over exercise. I have a desk job too. HTH

I had my surgery on a Friday and took the next week off. When I went back I did okay. Had a little bit of swelling but tried to take it easy.

Did you ladies drive. While I have a desk job, I also drive myself to work. Was that an issue after just a week and a half.

Hi, I went back to work at day 11 and needed every one of them! I also have a desk job but do have to lift packages weighing from 5 lbs to 15 lbs. I did not lift them until about 5 weeks post op. I would scoot them around or ask someone to do it for me. I drove stick shift for the first time on day 11 also, it was really wierd feeling my chest muscles move after the surgery.

I was driving by Friday just 4 days after the surgery. I went shopping and tried on cute tops. I was fine.
