Has anyone had a Crescent Lift after their BA due to the low position of their nipples?

Mine are not pointing downwards but are low in relation to the rest of the breast. I would really like them to be a bit higher--1 cm would suffice.

Is it possible to have a crescent lift without having the implants removed or would they have to be removed in order for a crescent lift to be performed?

Thanks. Any advice would help ease my mind.

From what I know ps can do it w/out taking out the implants so it should be fine

Where they take a shape of a cresent above the areola and pull it up to lift it a little

Its the least minimal lift compared to areolar and full anchor.

Got it! So what lift is called if I wanted some skin cut from the bottom so my nipple would be pulled down?

It can be done. My PS and I are discussing whether we will do this to one of my breast or not. I have slight asymmetry with my nipple position and it is possible that the asymmetry will be worse after my BA. My options are to do it while I'm getting my BA (cheaper and easier option since they will already be working in the area) or I can come back at a later date and do it. It's a very easy procedure and does not require being put to sleep (just local).

I will for sure! I think I'll just tell the doc that I only want him to do it if the asymmetry is really bad. If it is like it is now (1 cm) then to leave it. ANd yeah, tell me what you decide, too

I have not gotten a quote yet but will let you know when I do. As far as recovery, I think it is supposed to be pretty easy--nothing quite like the ba itself. But, I am sure there are some precautions to be taken.

If my PS does it when he does my BA then it's only about $300 additional. It will be more if I choose to do it later though (since it will be a procedure on it's own and not just tacked onto the BA). A differ PS that I met with quoted me $1,200 to do it at the time of my BA surgery. Ouch! Not sure what the recovery is like. They said it was a very fast procedure w/ local anesthesia.

I got a quote from my ps. He will charge $400. I don't know how much it would have been if I had it done along with my ba. I really wish I had it done then. He said the recovery is not bad at all from this. I am really worried about scarring though.

I talked to my PS as well about the crescent lift and he definitely said he could do it and that it was easy to do and easy to recover from. I felt good about that. However, my left has to drop before he will talk about it further. No price yet for me. I hope $400 is all he charges--however, I want smaller implants as well, so I am sure I will need another full loan.
