Breast Lift Needed?

Hello Everyone,

I noticed that one of my nipples points downward and that a lift is usually combined with augmentation to fix that.

But lately I've been finding pictures of women with downward-pointing nipples who have great results and no note of a lift.

Here is an example.

I'd prefer not to have a lift, but am not sure if that's possible.

Please let me know what you think.

Thanks!!

I would guess that she had something else done in addition to a ba. If not a lift, maybe she had her creases lowered or something. She did have rather big implants and if they were placed over the muscle, that would help as well.

I second what Denese said. My left nipple was pointing down but it's looking forward now. I had my creases lowered to accommodate big implants placed over muscle, so that's why in my case and it seems for that particular woman as well.

Thanks for both of your inputs. I'm a bit new to this, so my apologies. How exactly are creases lowered?

Your PS can give you the best answer. I think it depends mostly on whether your nipple is below your inframammary crease. I had a concentric or donut lift where they do the lift through the areola so there aren't any other scars. I am very happy with the results. I'll share pics if you would like to see the before and afters.

Yes, please. I'd be interested to see how it turned out. Also, do you have the cost breakdown of what it cost you?
