Hi ladies- Any of you out there....

whom has saline/silicone, placed over the muscle, for 5+ years and not needed a lift?

Please share...

I am 29, with 10 yr. old saline, over the muscle implants with terrrible rippling and sagging. 5'6" 110 lbs. Pre BA: 36B Post BA: 36D
I'm doing research b/c I want new implants, possibly silicone, and a lift- At this point, I need one! I let mine go WAY to far. (I've already had my children; my boobs are mine once again!)

Any input on these questions would be appreciated
Will placing the implant under the muscle reduce sagging? I'm trying to avoid a "mini" lift 3-5 yrs. down the road.
I want to go smaller-from a D to a full B or small C. Sounds weird, OK, but I want them to stay "perky." I also want an aerola reduction.

Please Help!

I doubt it's the amount of time you've had the implants that has caused the sagging. I expect it's solely the babies. Full-unders do take longer to sag, and you probably wouldn't sag for a long, long timel Way more than five years. Especially if you go smaller.
