I had my areola reduction yesterday in office

I will post this here because it realy is a binelli lift. All he did was some lidocain shots each breasts, and did the procedure. I even drove home!! It just feels like I had a baby that didn't latch well on, the pain. Only complaint is taking a baby hydrocodone and I forgot they make me itch, so, hoping I can flush it out, and just stick with plain old tylenol. I will post pics soon, but the incision puffiness will take 2 weeks to go down.

whoo hoo!! did you watch them do it? my puffiness lasted about 2 wks too but it looks so much better.

I'm using dermatix ultra that I got from my ps, my areola scar is looking real good, the scars from my lift look good but will take some time. my ps said the dermatix works better than the silicone strips & easier, also better than mederma.

First, I use to live in Valdosta. I paid $1200 for this. Plastic surgery is very reasonable around here because I live between Austin and San Antonio and there are so many plastic surgeons. My first and second breast augmentation in Valdosta 7 and 5 years ago cost the same as this 3rd breast augmentation last February because there are not that many PS's in that area if that helps. I would ask:

Essentially the areola reduction is the same as a binelli lift. The procedure was 2 hours, but I was there 3 hours, talking asking questions about different procedures etc.

Secondly...wait on using anything on your incisions. Make sure they are well healed before starting anything without the PS recommendation. When I used Mederma it burned!

i totally agree. wait on using anything on you're incisions til they are helaed. i was told to use mederma, but it was a little irritating so i switched to bio-oil. i didn't use anything the first couple months and they still healed very nice. i've only been using bio-oil for a couple weeks and it doesn't irritate at all. good luck!

I've never heard of that. I'll have to look that up. I'm interested in see the after pics. I love the 800s! You look awesome!

congratulations!! I was going to have a benelli lift, but in the end my PS needed to do the lollipop. I also had the areola incision as well. I would love to see pics. I am posting pics on my progress every week. My tape still has not fallen off. I want to see them so badly!

Hi I'm new to this site. I'm scheduled for the binelli lift with breast augmentation July 6th. I'm starting to worry about the loss of sensation in my nipples afterwards. Is this something that usually happens??? Help!

Post op pictures finally up. The bruising is not as noticable for real, but the red line around my nipple is new??

I sent you a FR because I am interested in doing the same thing. I know they numb you with lidocaine, but you feel kind of a pressure or a pulling/tugging feeling when they do the cuts and stitches, right? I think it would freak me out to feel them working on me even if it didn't hurt. I think some people take a valium or something before procedures like this so they don't get freaked out, did you do that or did they offer it?
