![]() | Lift on small breast without implant
Im sorry for starting too many threads, but I have alot of questions. Im just really confused about what to do to fix my asymmetry. I just want to have an idea before I go on any consultations. If you look at my public album you can see that I have a really small side and a really large boob. Is it possible to just reduce the larger side and lift the smaller side a bit? My main question is will a breast lift on a small boob cause it to shrink too much and just look flat chested? I hope I make sense. Im asking because Im not to sure I want implants.Plus I can always add them later on if I change my mind. |

![]() | I dont have any personal experience but I would tend to believe a lift shouldnt make you too small (depending on how much sagging needs to be removed of course) but the results should give you perky breasts.... Good Luck and keep us updated! |

Hi Jeze, I am going through the exact same thing right now. I just got out of a consult with a Dr. who advises me to do just a lift but I do not want any scooping or flatness on top that can only be filled out when wearing a push-up bra. I have decided I want to do a lift with a 120cc implant. This is the lowest implant you can get. I just think that after the lift the implant would balance me out better and add firmness. My whole issue was I like my frame as is and I do not want to go bigger but I dont want to be flat after a lift. |

I had a lift with no implants. Please look at my pics. They did not make them smaller. They stayed the same size. However, they are fuller because of the lift. I don't know what your PS would tell you to do especially since you are trying to get the same look on each boobie. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions. Also, my PS did use the breast tissue to add fullness as well.

I was just like you pre-breast augmentation (more saggier on the bigger one though). My surgeon gave me a few choices but when asked, told me the best look would come from having implants with a lift on the sagging side. I went back and forth on it and decided to go through with it on a whim. After the lift (lollipop), there was less asymmetry than first noted (I guess due to the lack of extra skin.) I had mod+ implants, 390 (L) and 240 (R).I am just 2 weeks out, so things are still uneven, but I think once the lifted side's implant drops more, it won't be facing down. I know it's a hard, hard thing to deal with and I'm happy I went through with it, even if I like weird right now. I'm already more confident and happy I don't have to stuff one side of my bra. I sent you a FR. Feel free to look at the pics I have up. Just remember, it isn't the prettiest sight yet! |

I really appreciate the help. I don't want to go into the office cluless on what i want. Now that I know a lift on small breast is possible I have more options. I have so much to think about. Even though I only have one large boob, with clothes on both of my breast look big. Im not sure if i can give that up and go smaller. It's a hard choice.

I considered doing just a lift but am so glad I got my350cc implants with the lift. I love having so much fullness and am pretty sure that my saggy b cup would have turned into a perky a cup because of how much skin my ps had to remove. I'm only 13 days out but looks like I'll be a 34 c or d and it's such a dramatic change to have nice big perky boobs! Best of luck to you

Nicolelove, you mentioned you had a lift without implants, you also said that the lift alone does not make you smaller in size. I would love to see your photos and further discuss with you so I can get a better understanding. Im scheduled for surgery the end of this month and still am torn on whether to get the implants in addition to my lift or just do the lift alone. Im going crazy trying to decide what to do. My main concern is how much smaller would I be if I did just do the lift alone? |

Bayareamom, Are you going w/ saline or silicone implants? I was a saggy A after breastfeeding. I had silicone implants for a very short time(explanted) and am thinking about a lift. I am back down to a saggy A and if I decide to reimplant it would be VERY small implants. I was just wondering what cup size you are starting with and what type of implant you are going with? |
