Question Crescent or Anchor Lift?

Hello,
Has anyone, had a crescent lift or anchor lift?
Can, you tell me what kind of results you had?
Which, has less visable scars in the long run?
Will, the scars disapper? If, it does not.
Will, the implants make the scars more visable?

those are 2 entirely different lifts, it really depends on how much sag & skin that you need removed, if you can get away with a cresent you will have less scaring, due to only around the areola, a full anchor has the most cuts, what did your PS reccomend? I had 1 that said cresent & 2 full anchor

The lift all depends on how much tissue you need to get rid of. If you have a lot of sagging then you will need a full anchor lift. I had a lollipop. That is around the areloa & down the center of the nipple. Dec is when I had the lift & the scars are almost gone. My DH & I have been looking at them the last couple of nites & there practically not there. Please dont let scars disscourage you from getting a lift. They go away. Scars scared me for years so I withheld on getting a lift because of scars. Now that I have the lift I am in LOVE!!!!

Smile Crescent Lift

I had gone for my first consultation yesterday
to Dr. Jeremy Waldman. Nashua, NH.
He, said I should get a crescent lift.

A friend of mine.
Said, that I should get a full anchor lift.
That, is her opinion.

I'am still checking other surgeons in my area.
I'am, not scared at this time. It is my first consultation.
I know, I'am going to get different opinions from different
surgeons.

well def listen to your PS and not your friend. Although she/he may mean well, I'm sure they don't have the expertise that your PS will have. As far as lifts go, I had a full anchor lift. Check out my pics. I agree with above post DONT LET SCARRING SCARE YOU! PS are trained to make the scarring as least visible as possible. Crescent lift is a "small" lift which will give you virtually no scarring. It's recommended for mininal sagging. Anchor lift is for moderate/severe sagging and really does change how your breasts look tremendously!! I'm thrilled with my lift-I never thought I could have boobs like this! Good luck!

I haven't had a lift, but have gone on my consults. At first I was adamant that I didn't want the vertical scar, but the PS that I really liked took the time to listen to what I wanted for an end result, look at my after pics and explained that I would not be happy unless I got a vertical lollipop lift because my sag was moderate one one side and severe on the other.

Go on as many consults as it takes until you feel comfortable with your decision.

That, is what I don't want catnip621.
It is a dissapointment, that I don't want.
A dissapointment, that I will have to live with.
Or, have to fix in the long-run. And, I might
not have the money to get it fixed right away.
That, is why I'am taking my time to get it, right the first time.
Your, results came out good (rachel4532) u happy bunny u.

I had full lift and at 7 weeks the scars are already so small. I am glad my PS suggested to do the lift at the same time. I know I will be happier down the road and wont be having to go back and get the lift later

I had a crescent lift the first time and a full lift the second time. I can't say too much about the crescent lift because I had bottoming out on that breast which obviously prevents me from commenting on it's effectiveness. One issue with crescent lifts that I've heard about is that they don't always hold. It's a very minor lift and the others are right...there are other options in between the two you mentioned. I have minimal scarring from my lift, but everyone scars differently. I suggest that you go on more consults with other surgeons to see what they recommend. That way, you'll get a better idea of what you may need, you know?

Hi I am 24. I had one child, breastfed longer than I care to admit. I prayed that I wouldn't need a full lift, sadly I was told by 2 differen't Doc's, that I would :-(
I decided on Dr. Rounder of Coral Gables Florida. He recommended a full lift but I told him to try a donut first, and get a full in the future if needed. I'm going back and forth, I know I need a lift, I am mainly worried about the scar under the breast. Does it fade away? I'm of latin origin if that makes a difference.

Thanks so much,

Charisma

I had a crescent almost three months ago and I can hardly tell I had a lift at all. I should have gone with the lollipop lift, but my surgeon kinda talked me into having the crescent due to minimal scarring. Well, now I wish I had listened to my gut. My boobs look okay, but for thousands of dollars, they should look phenomenal.
