Explaination from PS regarding tuck instead of cut.

Well finally to day got to speak to surgeon.
He said , and I quote " the term skin does not refer to what I would class as skin, the outer layers of skin would be removed but the lower layers of skin that are composed of fatty layers would remain and be "tucked" into my breasts to help to support the breast even more once I had the lift".
He went on to explain that as I do not want to lose any breast tissue my breasts would still be considered large and this tucking is normal procedure and helps with the support of the large breast after a lift as my breasts would still be a DD/E to remove all the excess tissue would not be logical as the more support the large breast has the less sag later.

So pleased that I now fully understand, and also very relieved.
Thank you all for your responses and advice.
8 days from now it will be done. Can t wait.

XKX

That makes more sense. I was thinking skin as in outer skin, not breast tissue and fatty tissue.
