peri-areolar or Benelli lift with moderate sag

Hello Everyone. I am new here and so happy to have come across this forum. I have had two beautiful children and was left with what I call my empty sacks

What I am wondering is if the volume of the implant is decent (looking to be about a small D) would the peri-areolar/Benelli lift be enough? I really want to reduce the amount of scarring I have and that seems to be the lift that leaves the fewest.

I have found a wonderful surgeon that I saw actually at a conference for breast cancer. He does amazing reconstructions and I thought I would look into his augmentations...so far I have heard nothing but great things and if he can help women post mastectomy and do a wonderful job then he should be able to handle me.

Thanks for any input

Hi!

I am post op 2 weeks yesterday.

I was left with empty 36b's after nursing two children. I got a peri-aerola lift. The scarring and healing is much easier. You can see my incisons, I posted pictures - and for 2 weeks out they really do looking amazing. I have a friend in my friends who had the same thing, 8 weeks out and has no scarring! CLM Im sure she will befriend.

I got 450cc silicone mentor gel round smooth, unders, AND I LOVE THEM!!! I wouldnt ask for anything more, or less!

Ill send a FR so you can check out my albums.

Hey thanks for sharing your story. I think I have a bit more sag. I am still hoping that they can do that lift. You look great especially just 2 weeks out. Thanks for adding me

Hi there.
i am new to. In 2 days it will be a month from my BA with a benelli lift. Lots of questions, and especially worries. When i have the special bra, the muscles that are hard, make my breasts look pearky and big, but when the bra is off, i realise that down side is flat, especially that my muscles are contracted and high. I am worried about how they will look in few months. i would put some pictures but i don't have a cam.
I just wanna know when are they gonna look in the lower area where they are flat...will the implant take it's place somwhere there in time, and make it fuller??
myself, i have 2 wonderfull kids so SAGGING came along with weight fluctuation. My doc. used 385cc on my left, and 365 on my right, allergan cohesive gel.
i also had a full tummy tuck at the same time....but let me tell you , i have fears that it will not give me the image i was expecting...i am hoping for the best.
Does anyone have similar experience , that time prooved it was worth it???

Ok I am back to see if I can get any more experiences with the lifts... To get the perkiest is the lollipop the best for moderate sag or do you think that the benelli will get that result as well? I am getting a 340cc HP implant.

Hi there! Saw you were back with your BL question. I had mild sag in my left breast and grade II ptosis in my right breast. I did have a Benelli lift with implants, and I seriously believe my plastic surgeon worked a miracle!! I don't have any pre-op pics up yet (too embarrassing for me, I just can't do it) but I can't tell you how happy I am with the Benelli + implants. I have seen other photos, not on this forum, but who haven't had the best results with a Benelli, and I truly believe it is all about your surgeon. Make sure you see photos, ask questions, etc. I really didn't want the scar of the lollipop lift, but would have done it if necessary to get perky boobs! Let me know if you have any questions!

^^thanks..He said at the appt that I kind of an a pseudo ptosis. I did tell him that I wanted to have the least amount of scarring possibly but wanted perky again...I have done a ton of looking at online things and it does seem that I should be good with benelli.
All these decisions AHHHHH....it's just too much.

CAINAZ will become famous soon enough
I've had both the benelli and the lollipop lift. The benelli didn't give me the lift that I ultimately hoped for. I got the results I wanted with the lollipop. However, I had severe sagging and empty sacs. I had lost almost all my tissue. You may not have the sag or the tissue loss that I had. You are welcome to see my pics. Send me a FR.

hey there..i also had a benelli. i honestly went under the knife thinking i would have a full anchor and when i woke up i was overjoyed to hear i didn't need it. i had told the doctor in my consult to just do whatever he felt was necessary and as much as i dreaded the scars i was willing to do a full lift to get the look i want. i think down the road (after children and breastfeeding) i will go for a full lift but for now i'm super happy with my results.
good luck!

I had the benelli with 325cc. I had no tissue left after my pregnancies. You can check out my pictures. I am only one week po and love my results. I really didnt want the half-cantalope-on-my-chest-look. I love natural looking breast and that is what I think mine are going to look like. Considering how much sag I had, I think the benelli did wonders without as many scars. Again, check out my embarassing pics. they make me cringe!

I am so torn...my husband is not against the lollipop lift. He says he will just stare at the scar and blah blah blah...it scares me because yes I am doing this for me but he has to look at me too

I have added a better set of pics. I would appreciate any feedback as to whether you think the benelli is enough or you had more or less sag to start. I am obessing about this.

Thanks again ladies
