Has anyone had Capsulectomy and breast lift

Hi, I have a capsular constructure at baker 4 (worst stage) and need of a lift and change to smaller implant going to 450 silicone to 300.
I've seen many doctor's and half says it's very dangerous to do both and half says it's not a problem. If any of you can give me input on this I would appreciate it.

I don't know why they said is was dangerous? I had a smaller lift, a crescent lift, and capsulectomy at the same time.

Crescent lift is very minor. I need anchor lift which removes lot of breast tissue.

REDO, JULY 2009: 450cc filled to 540 saline, Mentor, smooth, round, moderate plus. Crescent lift. Redo also involved capsulectomy of Grade IV CC. Will probably have a benelli lift and areola reduction sometime in early 2010. *I will NOT accept friends requests unless you have pictures and actively post on JBI.
