![]() | would you go smaller w/a lift?
hi lovely well informed women of jbi.com, while i would love to go BIG, if i get a lift and implants at the same time, i feel like i should go smaller to help with stretching and added possible complications. is that fear warranted? otherwise i would get BIG implants and then go back for a lift after they"settle" but meanwhile, i'm totally afraid of going under, and surgery in general so it would be nice to do it all at once, not to mention the price break. any advice would be great...i'm stuck in the boondocks away from any in person consults for now. thanks! m |

First of all, what are big implants to you? What range of cc's? I think the general consensus is that it's probably better to go somewhat small if you're getting a lift at the same time because the implants may put pressure on the tissue that was just lifted, but I'm not an expert. I had a lift on my left breast with 350cc's, but I also had internal sutures. My lift definitely held. I've heard from some that it is optimal to do it in two surgeries, but of course, that's costly and not feasible for all. Hope you get some more feedback and that helps!

thanks for the reply...i think i could have worded my title differently..the words "going smaller" on this site don't seem to get too much response. without a lift, big would be 600, 700, 800ccs. tee hee. i like the comic book look. if i'm correct, to fill my boobs back up using a calculation i did from thebestbreast.com, 400-425ccs would be recommended. i think that with a lift would look good too.just more similar to my youthful norm, not the ka-pow!! frisky cougar effect that i have been thinking about. |

Well I went with 390 O/F to 450cc with no lift and wll it filled my droopy boobs up but the are saggy now... I am going to a lift with a little smaller implant to take the strain off my lift.. I want all that excess skin gone high and tight... If I had to do it agian I would have done the same 400 size your thinking of with a lift |

I looked at your profile stats and your pic. I think 400cc's with a lift would look really good on you, especially since you're thin and somewhat tall. It's amazing what difference a lift makes, but I know people worry about the scars. You're not kidding about the response rate on the forum to the words "going smaller"...that's hilarious.

![]() | Hi
I think that if you send some pics to a few surgeons they will give you the best advice on what can be done with the best results. If you are still interested in Thailand, if you email Rachel (the girl who helped me over there) she can send your pics to the best surgeons there and get you some opinions. I know that there was a woman who went to my PS a while back that had a lift and 800cc put in in the same op. If you want to contact Rachel I can PM you her email.

My PS stated that I would not be able to go very big with the lift due to the lift having to support the weight of the implant.

Mine were lifted at the same time...as you can see by the scars. I'm really not sure yet what size was put in, as mine needed to be evened out so I had many trial implants. but we were talking about 275-300 cc's on the right, and about 375cc's on the left. So not huge. Maybe thats why I could do the lift at the same time...
