any ladies who've had a breast lift after implants??kinda long dilema.

Im having a hard time figuring out the best option for me. I have my 3rd breast surgery scheduled and paid for dec 3. 09 my new plastic surgeon is giving me a lollipop breast lift and switching out my saline implants for silicone. It cost 7300. im not looking to really go bigger(im kinda burnt on not being able to find great bras in 34ddd/f) but he says silicone makes a better shape.Im not really sold on silicone implants yet either, as far as the safety, but maybe im not educated enough yet. The thing im concerned with is having great looking boobs so its kinda whatever it takes to get it right. Anyway my issue is he sent me an email saying that if i wanted to i could keep my same saline implants and just get the lift and he thinks that too would create a great look as well. he said he would have to do a little extra work inside but he thinks well get a good result. He said the cost of that would be 5500 so he can return the 2000 or we can do some extra stuff( lipo,injections,etc). Oh, by the way im flying to miami fl for the surgery(extra cost) basically im not really tripping off the cost i just want the best results. Anyway lond story short has any of you ladies had a lift after implants and how was the result. scars, shape,size etc. pictures would be helpful. and if you were in my situation what would you choose?? I also have option of just the benneli but I dont think that would be enough lift for the look i want. My pics are public, please take a look any advice would be helpful. thanx ladies!!

Hi! I had a BA/BL but had them both @ the same time. Figured I'd give you my input on the situation. I took a look @ your pics & I think you have GREAT boobies! I think you'll have an amazing result with the lollipop lift. A lot of women are a little scared about the scars but if you take care of them, they heal up sooo nicely. Take a look @ my pics if you want some ideas. The decision to go larger is entirely up to you-I think you're a great size. Just remember that when he does the lift your boobs will be a little smaller. When the plastic surgeon lifted my breasts he told me that he took out almost a whole cup size in skin/fat to try & give me the "fake" look I wanted. So thats something to keep in mind! Good luck! Hello I just saw your post and I think you have great breasts!

I had a full anchor lift and 330 salines--
I was a 36 DD before (you will see my very embarrassing before) I was actually hoping for a large C small D but I pretty much stayed the same although my breasts are in much higher than they were before.
My sag was way more than what you have.

Honestly think going a little smaller is not a bad thing. I personally would have as much of a lift as you can get with a little smaller implant (IMHO I just think the larger they are the more sag you will have) Either way you will have scars so I would just get as much of a lift as possible. You have plenty of breast tissue so I would stick with the saline (this what I would do--not saying this is best for you *wink*)
Friend request me and have a peak I'm almost 2 mths out...and I've said it before -- I would have this surgery over & over again--- that's how happy I am with the results.

Hi there! I read your message above. I also had a lift 11 yrs ago with implants over the muscle. I'm going to replace those saline implants for silicone implants (I also hear from everyone they are so much better). I think 5500 is a great price for the surgery you are getting. Who is your doctor in Miami?

actually the office sent me a new quote. to remove,lift, and switch to silicone about 6500, for just the lift 4700. or the other way 6700, and 4500. They offered a discount for cash payment.

Hi Miyalove. I have a very similar situation to you. I got my first set of implants seven years ago and was tentatively planning a lollipop lift with silicone swap in early 2010. However, due to financial factors, I set up a new consult with my plastic surgeon. I inquired about just a benelli lift with a little armpit lipo just to tie me over until I can really do it up right. Long story short, he strongly advised against that plan and said that he could get a great lift with just the lollipop while keeping my saline implants in. And since I have heard that you lose a little of the size with the lift, that is sounding better and better to me every day, since I wanted to downsize a little this time around anyway (not to mention that I will be saving $2000!). I decided to do the BA and Lift at the same time as well as doing an abdominoplasty. The surgeon offered a discount for all 3 surgeries as well as a cash payment. I have surgery scheduled for 12/7. Best wishes

ive decided to go with the lollipop,switch to silicone and stay within my same cc range of 600hp.plastic surgeon says 700, but im not sold. i just pray the scars heal well, thats like my biggest concern, i dont want to change one small issue for the next. you know??
