Crecent lift and implants placement?

Hi, I had a recent consult and the plastic surgeon suggested I get a crecsent lift with my breast augmentation. Only thing is he said he wanted to insert the implants with an incision in the breast crease. Can't he insert the implants through the nipple with the lift? Is this just his preference?

i had a crescent lift an my ps made only one incision, however every PS is a little different. You could always go on a another consult if you don't want the added scars.

Seems funny to have to do two scars for that.

I am having a benelli lift and he will place my implants through my aerola. I hope you find someone who will do this. I suggest finding a PS who prefers the aerola placement. Good luck!

I had a crescent lift, with 450HP Silicone UNDERS.

One small incision at the top of my aerola and that is it

I had a benelli which is similar to a cresent lift. My implants were inserted through the same incision. A real bonus to this type of lift is the lack of visable scarring. I would get another opinion.
