Wanting a breast lift with augmentation

I'm 19 with very saggy 36DD's. I'm hoping to get a breast lift with augmentation next year and I was wondering how many cc's it'd take to get me to a F or G cup and does anybody know of any good doctors in VA, MD, DC area?

I think your gonna need a large implant to go that big. You should consider getting a lift first. Then when its safe to go back in there you get an implant put in. That is how they can do large implants. I think that will give you the best results.

I had saggy 32/34b-c's pre-breast augmentation. I got a full anchor lift and 480cc hp saline and at 3 wks post op im measuring 32e. I had some tissue but not that much. You sound like you have alot more tissue than me so not sure how big of an implant. you also have to consider going under or over. HTH alittle

I was a saggy 36DD and I was hoping for large C small D
I had a full anchor with 330 salines under....
Guess what? I'm a 34/36 DD ....
All my old bras fit
But my (.)(.) are much higher & fuller!

I might have to do a BL along with my breast augmentation. My first Dr said I wouldnt need a BL but Im not so sure. I have pics posted.

^^^^^ IDK much about breast augmentations and lifts but I'm thinking you would need a lift.

I'm a deflated 36D. My bwd (diameter measurement at widest part of breasts) is 16",
based on that here is what Dr. Mele said..

"If you are already D-cup and add 600-800cc, based solely on base width, you may end up three cup sizes larger. Even 450-500 would likely increase you by two cup sizes. Without seeing you and measuring you myself, I can't be certain this is true, but it is likely."

After more thought, I don't think I want to go bigger. I either want to stay the same size, or go down to a C or D cup. Right now, I'm really interested in Dr. Mendieta in south Florida. His breast lifts without implants look reallyyy good.

I agree with daisydog. If you can afford it, get a lift first and see how you like it. You may love it! I don't want to mention her name without her permission, but there's a member on here who just had a lift only and I think she looks spectacular. If you're thinking C/D and you're a DD now, a lift may be all you need. I wish I had had enough tissue for just a lift and still ended up with boobs. I was a saggy A...yuck!

I'm pretty saggy but my boobs aren't totally deflated, so I'm hoping that a lift will be all that I need. It does make more sense for me to get a lift first, without getting both and not actually needing implants.

Right areola is bigger than left, right one need a lift. Post breast augmentation: 550 CC Mentor Memory Gel Mod+. Hopefully that would give me the DD
