What's a good amount of overfill?

I have 360cc implants overfilled to 375cc's on both sides. It seems like most others have more overfill. Or smaller implants with a greater amount of overfill. (Does that make sense?) Does less overfill in a bigger implant increase the chances of rippling? Is there a recommened overfill for implants or is it at the PS's decretion? I'm small framed and have accepted that I might have rippling because I didn't start with much breast tissue and wanted relatively big implants for my frame but that didn't mean I want maximum rippling! I already notice it a little and I can feel the implant all around. I hope once things soften up I don't end up with ripples allllll over.

Breast implants don't have a recommended overfill amount per se, but rather every saline implant has a fill range they are recommended to be filled to by the manufacturer. The 360cc Allergan/Inamed moderate profile smooth saline implants (which I assume you have) have a recommended fill range of 360-390cc so you're well safe within the limits. Yes less filling means more rippling but if you fill the implants too much they become hard. Most implants that are referred to as "overfilled" are just filled to their maximum range. There are a few girls here who have truly overfilled their implants but that is pretty rare. HTH!
