350 HP and tubular breasts

I have slightly tubular breasts, and wanted to have moderate profile implants because I'm looking for a really subtle result. My PS says that moderate profile implants will make it look worse and that high profile is required to correct the shape. Has anyone experienced this? He also wants me to get 350cc although I think 275 will be enough, apparently he needs to work with my breast width of 11.7cm to get the best result. The outcome will be 350cc HP though, sounds like it could be quite obvious on my 5"2 frame..?

i would trust your surgeons recommendation. Tuberous breasts definately need a re-shaping and sometimes this has to be done with a certain implant.

Most women wish they had gone bigger, and remember, 350cc's will look more like 325cc's once it is inside of you and you are starting with a small size.

I am 5'2" w/ 325 HPs for the lift they provided 350CC unders are not at all large. Once swelling goes down, they are likely to be a good fit. How many consults have U had? I recommend at least 3.

Thanks, I'd be really happy if mine looked like yours so I think the 350 should be great

I've been to see two surgeons but the first guy didn't give me the time of day. There's only a handful of really good boob Drs in Australia and the PS I like has great recommendations from some of my friends, so I think I should trust what he says... It's just the fear of ending up disproportioned, vs the need to correct the tubular/tuberous breasts. Thanks so much for your help!

I also have tuberous breasts. My PS recommended between 350-400 Cohesive Gel HP. I think I'm going for 375-400. I am 5'2, 115lb. Hopefully this will give me a full C, baby D cup. My BA is May 24.

Oh yay! That's pretty much exactly the same as me! Are you going overs or unders?

I'm going overs & crease incision. I breastfed my two kiddos, so I have some room to work with. My PS said the overs would give me a "natural lift".
