is it really true
that going under I'm going to lose some? I really liked the look when I put on the sizers of the 300/325 but Dr offices. Of course I'm putting on sizers being held to my chest with a larger bra. When I do the 325/350 they look so much bigger, should I be taking into account for going under ?

Yes it is true, but your PS should account for that and give you a larger implant than the sizers you tried on. The nurse assured me that 25 cc's is like a shot glass or a couple of tablespoons, it hardly makes a difference once it's implanted.

ok, thanks I'm just getting last minute jitters. Both PS office and BF are saying I should go with 325/350 since I like the 300/325. Today is my pre-op appt I'll try on the 325/350 again and see how they feel.

Yes it is so true!! If you like the look of the smaller one, go with that next size up when going under the muscle.
I was told over and over to go up one size from the 304's that I liked the look of but got nervous of being too big and said go with the 304's. I did call the week before after I changed my mind, to go up to the next size BUT unfortunetely info didn't get relayed within the office so I wound up with 304cc's and I WISH that didn't happen because yes, I did loose volume going under the muscle. |

I think you should always just go the next size up, even for partial unders you have the size loss.

I would say go up at least 50cc. Almost everyone gets boobie greed after because they really do look different when in your body. i wish i went at least 100cc bigger then i did.

When I was trying on sizers, I liked the look of the 275cc. My PS said she would overfill to 300cc to account for the difference with unders. The overfill also gave me a little more projection.

That's exactly it. Your PS should take that into account & give an overfill to make up for the difference. So, I got 325's & 30cc fill ups.
