Hmmm, not sure about this one. I have not seen anyone achieve a d/dd with only 230cc's. But, I suppose if you already have a great deal of breast tissue to start with, anything is possible. Have you done the rice test?

It took me 390/420 to go from an A to DD and I had some breast tissue. What are your stats and are you going over/under and what profile are you getting. Mod, HP or Mod+? I could have went with 300cc HP and ended up a DD but I picked Mods for their width.

im 5'6 28 rc and 32a.ive actually had my ba and they are overs.i did do the rice test i told my ps my concerns and he said when they are in place they would be a d/dd cup i trusted hime as asurgeon...how wrong could i have been.....

When did you have your ba? What are you mesuring now? I'm 5'7" and a 29 rib cage and was a 32AA before, I got 340cc's and I am a 34C. That'd be pretty cool if you got your DD from only 230cc's!!! WOW, let us know

What size are you measuring right now? How long ago was your BA? When you did the rice test with that amount, what size were you seeing? The rice test seems to be pretty accurate. I have sub-fascial placement (which is similar to overs, except the implants sit behind the fascial lining (which covers the muscle). With overs, you won't see a lot of size change as time goes on (as opposed to unders - due to the fact that the muscle has to relax to let the implants drop and fluff). I am no expert, but my guess is, if you aren't seeing a D now, you probably won't (unless your BA was VERY recent and you are currently wearing a full C - may be a chance of a slight change?).

I'm sorry if you end up smaller than what you anticipated. 230cc's is not very much. But if you had a lot of breast tissue prior to your BA, then that would certainly help to achieve a larger size.

i was a 34b and with 360 on the right and 375 on the left, I am fitting a 36D I also had overs and had some breast tissue to work with

My surgeon would not guarantee size either. I have a 30" ribcage, 34A pre-ba and 600cc silicone unders BARELY have me at a small D. Mind you, I think I'm the exception to the rule and many girls get DD with 450s, but 230 does seem a bit small. Sorry to scare...

Aww I'm guessing you're not happy then? That's too bad, 230 does sound a bit small for a D/DD with your stats but who knows? It's different with everyone, what are you measuring now?

My last PS told me I could get a 34-36DD with 300cc (I'm an AA now)... I know my body better than him or anyone else, and from 3 years of research I just knew it would be too small for me. I didn't walk-- I RAN out of his office and basically cancelled my surgery with him lol. Usually I hate how skeptical I am of people, but in that case I'm really glad I listened to myself. It's too bad all these surgeons assume we're stupid or something. I'm sorry though, have you dropped/fluffed yet? You can always go bigger in the future if you still want to... Good luck!
