Did anyone's implants go DOWN in size after 6 weeks post-op???

I was originally shooting for a full B/small C but I am honestly much bigger than I had hoped. They look great, but just not what I had in mind. I was really holding out hope that I was still swollen as that is what my PS had told me at about 4 weeks post-op. However, I really don't think they are. But, maybe I am wrong. I have started working out a lot and they are still a bit tender so holding out a small hint of hope that they haven't quite settled down yet. I am still busting out of my C cup bras and in clothing I look very big (in my opinion). I know it takes awhile to get used to the implants and it will take time, but I also know I am truly NOT the size I was hoping for when I committed to the surgery. I am sort of sad...I will get used to them, but it just makes me upset that I paid so much $$ to be quite a bit different than what I wanted.
ANYONE have things change after 3 months or so? Did you go down at all? My PS said mine probably won't drop anymore as I don't have issues with saggy skin and I don't have much waist. They are where they are!

Just wanted to say your Avy looks great, and according to some of my friends who got BAs yes they do shrink a little over time. But seriously you look great, does not look too big for you

Thanks gals. I sure hope so. They are still tender and I can certainly tell that in the evenings they look bigger than in the mornings. I workout a lot so think maybe they do (or the muscles beneath them) swell. I really wish I wasn't feeling like they are too big. I did wear a strapless dress with little cardigan over the top last night to a wedding and it was NICE for a change not to have to pull my dress up a million times. My boobs held it in place!!! But, would still love to be a small C instead of a full C. It's just not very easy to hide when you are 5' 3" tall and pretty small framed! Appreciate your feedback!

I totally understand how you feel! I'm having a redo in March because the implants that my PS selected gave me a much bigger size than I wanted.... You are still early out & I guess you should wait a little longer before having a redo, my breasts shrunk a lot until 5 months post-op (at month 2 & 3, I thought the swelling was gone but it wasn't).

I'm so sorry you do not like your new breasts' size, it's so frustrating... Good luck & keep us posted!

I just sent you a PM as I know you and I have chatted about size before. I really thought you were originally happy so your posting to the Doctor actually gave me hope that I will go down some. I do feel swollen still and have lots of numbness. I am hopeful that the swelling reduction in combo with my weight loss over the next couple of months will change the size. I feel like I am busting at the seams right now. Thanks so much.

Originally each breast measure 9.25 I would say within the first year I looked smaller. I can't remember the first time I re-measured, but now I am 8.5
At 10yrs. post-op with saline I am definately smaller than what I started out with.

My PS said it takes almost a full year for the swelling to go completely down... hope that give you a bit of hope! Also if you have babies your breasts tend to loose tissue

I was about 6-7 months before I settled in to my current size. I think from 3 to 6 months post op I lost a cup size.

Thanks gals. I just had a baby 9 1/2 months ago, too, so I still have body fat to lose and my chest was bigger than normal when I had my implants put in. Still holding out that they will change some. Like I said, they look AMAZING!!! I just wasn't planing on telling the world and was doing it more for cosmetic and personal reasons ( the asymmetry was HORRIBLE and you could even tell in normal clothing). I was depressed about my body every single day. I do like that my breasts have taken the focus away from my waist and love handles (my problem area no doubt) but I would still like to be popping out of a B instead of busting out of a C!!! I know I am a 34D. It's shocking!!!! I know cup size isn't as important as the look but my look is pretty darn big, too.

Assuming you are getting a redo for a smaller size?? Did you have extra skin on our breasts or why did your PS choose a bigger size? My PS told me he wouldn't want to go smaller on me because they wouldn't fill out my skin from nursing three babies. It was either this implant size or a full lift and then implants a few months down the road (2 surgery dates and double the price). Thoughts on this? I would love to have 250 CCs instead of what I have. I look big and I feel like I am always trying to hide them. I am sure some of it takes some getting used to but I am almost 6 months P.O. Good luck hun!

I am now almost 6 mo P.O. and still feeling huge. It's way worse now that I have gone off the pill (husband is fixed . I have hormonal things going on so my breasts swell for about 2 weeks before my period. I am HUGE at that time. A mid-D. Far cry from the full B I wanted. And, I certainly look like D in and out of clothes!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH

Like I said, they look nice, but wow!

Hi, I was looking for an update from the two women who feel that they were too big, including the girl who was looking into revision surgery. I am 3 months post op and feel that I am too big. I got 315 under the muscle and am a full c, but was hoping for a full b. Also, did you continue to shrink after 3 months?

Cool

Hold out hope girls!!! I'm sure your new girls feel foreign, and not use to having full boobies. You'll get used to them, my 375 felt huge at first and I was a small D
