I would go 425 there really isn't that much of a difference with 25ccs. What size are you trying to be?

I couldn't make up my mind between the same two sizes. My PS decided on the 425cc and I'm glad he did. I'm only 9 days out but they don't seem big at all. I secretly wish I was bigger.

I'm also trying to decide between those 2 sizes. Since I live in a different state I haven't met my doc yet, but I figured i will let him decide. Good luck!!!!

25CCs is equal to a tablespoon so really not that much... If its between the two sizes I would go for the 425... It will just add a touch of fullness and then you wont regret or wonder afterwards.... GL

Passion will become famous soon enough
I've heard it's not much of a difference but if it scares you don't do it. You should do what YOU want. My bf wanted me to get 500cc and my ps would only let me get 450cc and I am soooo happy he would only let me get 450cc because I would NOT want bigger than these! They are huge, especially compared to what I had before. It's really just about personal choice and preference. Good luck with your choice!

I was torn between 425 and 450. I too was scared to do extra 25ccs so I ended up going with the 425. I do wish now I went with the 450. That is what my ps suggested and my husband but it looked so big so I went safe. I am extremely happy with the results but looking back there is almost no difference between the two so I should have just gone with the 450 so that i could not say "I should have gone bigger" becuase bigger was not even an option... Go with the biggest of your options cause I doubt you will say "I should have gone smaller"...

ps. I looked up some dimensions for you to show the slight difference in the ones that I chose. These are for Mentor mod+ mem gels:

400cc 13.1 cm diameter 4.0 cm projection
425cc 13.4 cm diameter 4.1 cm projection
450cc 13.6 cm diameter 4.2 cm projection

Hope this helps!!

i would go with 425 just in case.. but that's just my opinion, do whatever you feel like! from what most people said when it's inside of you it's smaller + mostly in clothing. but if you're conservative then 400 hope this helps. i'm pretty set on 420cc small d so it'll look like C's in clothing. i already do wear a pushup bra and people think i have huge boobies haha soo when i do get them, it just look a LIL bigger

I was in the same position as you before my BA- trying to decide between 400 & 425cc. My ps was recommending 400cc & I always heard everyone say they wish they had gone a little bigger so I chose to do 425cc if he could fit them, which he did. That being said , there really is such a small amount between the two, less than a shot glass. I don't think you can go wrong with 425cc. I love mine!

25cc's isn't that much so I think you should go 425cc's. A lot of women here including me wish we've had gone bigger. I'm happy with my size but I'm thinking on getting a 2nd BA after having kids in a few yrs. and I'd probably go up to 525cc's if possible. You don't want to be regretting your size later on so I suggest you really think through what look and size you want to achieve. I'm speaking based on my experience and through the help of this forums.

I just got my breasts done 10 days ago. I originally wanted 350cc-400cc. After having my pre op consultation, I went up to 425ccs high profile . The sizers look huge when you try them on but once inside they are not that big. I say go with 425cc, I'm glad I didn't go any smaller otherwise I would of been disapointed. My stats are 5'5" 110 pounds was 32A/B now 32DD ( I know sounds huge but in clothes looks like a full C)

I really don't think you would be able to tell the difference in 25cc. My ps put 30cc more in my right breast to try and correct some mild asymmetry. I'm not sure if it worked and I really can't tell a difference in them. My right still seems smaller. Good luck.
