Elizamoon - You might want to search for old posts by the member "Aqua". She has stats that are similar to yours. She started out as a 32AA and 275cc implants put her at a C/D bra, which was too big for her tastes. She had a redo to 150cc, which gave her a moderate B cup. I should note though, that she got silicone overs ~ which supposedly look about 15% larger than a comparable size put under. Based on Aqua's experience, I'll be going with 175cc silicone unders to take me from a 32AA to a 32B.

Wow, thanks for that info. I'll definately look up Aqua's old posts. I thought I was being conservative - now I'm not so sure...

It could , but from what I have learned on here is that different people accomodates the implants differently. Like my friend, we are both 31" rc, and she got 100cc more than me, and she looks bigger, she was deflated C pre breast augmentation, she now fits DD and I wear mostly Ds, so, my 290s kinda went further than her 390s when you consider starting size. Basically, it's not a science, your anatomy plays such a big role in this...but the general guideline is 150 or thereabouts, usually adds a cupsize x

Hi Eliza, I also wear silicone inserts and have similar stats to you.Also completely flat! I'm getting 335 silicone (anatomical shape) in December, under the muscle. Hoping for full C.. No idea what size I'll actually be but I liked the way that size looked. Good luck with your surgery and decision.

I had my breast augmentation done in July and i love my results! at first i really wanted over 300cc's but when i went into the office and tried on the implants in my bra it looked sooooooo BIG for my body type! so 275cc were perfect for me...i wont lie i do have the days when i have booby greed but then i have the days where i think they are too big.

I feel i'm in the right place here!!

I am 5,5 for 110 pounds...also a 32 AAAAAA....before my children i was not even a full A...

i am so liking what i read....it helps me choose....i will under go surgery in december...the doctor recommended me 250cc or 275 cc since i,m skinny...but still...i dont know if i should go for 300cc...i want to have a small C cup...and i dont want to wake up and notice i still have a small breat (at leat i will have a breast!)

so can i join you club

Hi Crevette

I'm about 5'8", 120Ib and 34AAAAAAA+ pre breast augmentation. Because i have so little breast tissue, my PS recommended 280cc implants as larger ones may have been visible and/or have given me stretch marks. I'm now 1 month post breast augmentation and would say that i'm a small C cup, which is what i'd hoped for. I 've not been measured professionally yet, but i've wearing 34C bras and they fit just right.

its such a hard decision...

one of my good friend had 275cc and told me she regretted it...our PS, the same as mine, was telling her to go for 330CC...

I dont want to regret my choice...because it is EXPENSIVE

Its sooooooooo stressful deciding what size implants to go with. Why don't you go visit another PS and get another opinion, he/she might think that you'd be fine with bigger implants.

i know my surgeon wont mind...he suggested max 275cc based on what i said...but the more i think about it...the less im sure about the size...i fell that it will also change my identity...i've always been the skinny girl with no forms and if i go for 300cc....it will not only change my body...but a part of my identity...anyway, its hard to explain...

I know what you mean, i'm quite slim and had virtually no breast tissue, even a 34AA was a loose fit. When i got my implants i worried that people would stare, particularly family members who didn't know i was getting implants. But nobody has noticed and nobody stares.

Don't worry about people staring, they honestly won't

Having the 'boob job' has given me the curves i always wanted, i feel more feminine and wish i'd done it sooner.

In 5 or so years i hope to get slightly bigger implants so that i'm a full C, by then my skin will have stretch and be able to accomodate bigger implants. Plus, again, no one will notice because it will have been a gradual increase in size.

but im not that small now,im certainly not flat chested.. can be a large B, small C....

does 260cc sound about right for a full C, baby D?

how much of a difference will the 280 cc make ya think?

Lulu, the difference in range that your ps is offering won't make a shred of a difference to your new size, believe me...but, even though you have a really good start with your B/C cup, I will still suggest 280...

I know we are all made differently, but 290 cogels overs took me up 3 to 4 sizes...but sometimes, the larger you start off, for some reason , the jump doesn't go as big...the difference between C and D is minimal really, as you prob know being B/C...did any of my ramble makes sense ? x

what was your breast size when you were breastfeeding?

I was a c cup (from A when not breastfeeding) and I knew that I would want at least to have a C cup...so, that's what i told my ps...and he recommended 280cc...honestly, I would have gone for 350cc if I had a chance to do it again...but having said that...I did get what I want...and a bit more, with my breast fitting well in a 32D bra...

Does anyone stare? Not the kind of stare that says I'm too obviously big...but the kind of look that says I have nice boobs...so, I'm not offended by second glances...

As for body forms, having bigger boobs just means that you will look curvier. Like you, I have a slender form and flat chest. I don't even feel that I have much of a waist line...just straight body line...and since i had my breast augmentation, i noticed that my waist line seems more obvious, although the measurements are the same. I guess that having bigger bust gives the illusion of a tinier waist line. Believe me, you won't be unhappy with the new figure! It will definately make you feel more womanly!

i dont know if i,m still in...since i'm going probably for the 300CC...

jschang...even though i was breastfeeding...the maximum of my brest (first month) was a big B cup,...then when my son started eating solids it became a A cup...i stopped breastfeeding when he was 15 months...and i was a small A cup...couldn't ware a nursing bra..none would fit! its been 3 months since i stopped and i dont fit in my A cup anymore...but still i have some milk left,.,..i know that when i wont have milk at all...well i wont have a breast at all...like after i stopped nursing my first born..

i wouldn't mind if people stare cause they look nice!! but not because they seem to big or obvious...

well i cant wait to join you in the "curvy" club...i wanna get in shape for the surgery...i dont need to loose weigt...but some sit ups wouldn't hurt!!

Crevette, I just had my breast augmentation last week and got 300ccs. Our body types are very similar, although I'm just a bit taller. Honestly, when they took off the bandages I thought I was going to cry because my boobs looked absolutely enormous. But now that some of the swelling has gone down I feel a little better about them. I think after a couple months when they drop and the swelling goes completely away that I'll be a small C. I started out with nothing - i was a 32AAA. If you are dead set on a B cup, I would recommend getting something smaller than 300ccs, but if you feel okay stepping into C territory than I think 300ccs would get you there.

Hi HQ,

Just thought I'd give you another comparison to use in making your final decision. I was a 32 small A/AA. I got 225 silicone unders. It brought me to an average B. 175 certainly would not have brought me to a B. You are more petite than I; I am 5'3 1/2" 107 lbs. Maybe the 175 will be bigger on your frame. Talk it over with your PS. Make sure he understands what you want. Bring lots of photos of breasts you like and breasts you don't like. Than trust your PS and relax for the next two weeks.
