Maybe b/c my surgery is soon approaching, I'm starting to freak out and second guess everything!!! I am very petite: 4'8", 87 pounds, barely a 32 A cup.
I decided on under the muscle, saline, round, smooth HP, 310cc. Hoping to be a full B - small C.....DO you think I made the right CC choice????

that was what i was looking for, i am only a week out, so i cant really tell you what i am, send me a friend request and you can check out the pics, they are still a lil swollen.. but i got 300 in one and 310 in the other, hp saline unders.. i would imagine, you being so small, that it might look a little larger on you...But, if you felt comfortable in the sizers at the office, i would imagine you will feel comfy post op...
i understand how frustrating it can be picking the size, but as long as you wont be disappointed if you are a full c, then i think you will be ok.. i was more concerned of being too big, so i went smaller than the docs suggestions, and have no regret in the office, i was felt better with the 300 sizers

Question for Libra - My surgery is coming up and I am considering the exact sizes you got...silicone 235/286. My PS says that using two different sizes may fix size asymmetry but could "introduce and new type of asymmetry in shape".

Were you told this or has this been the case?

Appreciate responses from anyone <300 with silicone and asymmetry.

Hey Powershopper. IMO if your total cc is 310 you'll definitely be a mid-full C but anything more than that I say a D cup for sure. I had 250's HP's filled to 300 and a 32C or full 34B and have even some bras that are 34C. Your much smaller than me so that's why I think you'll even go up to D. Check out my most recent pics. I'm currently having problems with dropping so considering going for a redo for a better cleavage.

Hi Mafehr...thanks for letting me look at your pics...BTW - u look great so far!!!! With my surgery 10 days away, I am terrified of going too big. I really just want a full B.
I went with my friend who has HP saline 320cc and 340cc (she is petite like us) and she is a full b - c, so I thought I was good with 310cc - but now looking at your situation, I'm even more confused. The only difference is that you are starting out with much more than me or my friend has/had. I really am starting with barely anything. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Powershopper what are your bra/stats now? I was deflated and wore 32/34A padded bra but professionally fitted as 32AA. That's as flat as can be can't it? Are you going with 310implant filled to 310 or filled more or a smaller implant filled to 310? I think that makes a big difference. Either way anything over 300 with your body I would bet money you'll be a C cup at least and personally I think you'd love it.

I cannot fill out a 32A at all....you may be a deflated 32AA, but still have more breast tissue starting out than I do. I am getting 310 implants filled to 310...what's the difference with a smaller implant filled to 310? My PS does not overfill. I would be ok with a small c...but in my opinion, anything more would look ridiculous on my small frame. Thanks so much for your input so far...I really appreciate all the help/opinions I can get!

I just went for my pre-op yesterday and was tickled pink to see the 275's on me. We decided on 275 on one side and 300 on the other, silicone unders. I thought they looked sexy yet not over the top!
I just bounced out of the ps office yesterday.
I have a ways to wait yet. That is the fun of it though, the anticipation.

I had 380c c high profile 3 years ago and I went from a 34b to a big 34d-small dd. After 3 years I felt the implants were too big for my lifestyle of playing sports. I am a mother of 4 children and breast fed 3 out of the 4. I recently had the implants removed with out replacement and I am back down to a small b...minus the fullness I used to have. Well, my husband and I talked it over and we are going back in May 22,2009 to get 225cc's mod+ implants. My doc gave me samples to try on inside my bra and the 200cc's looked good with a round fullness...still a lil small so we decided on 225cc's. I tried onth 250cc's and they were too big for me. I am grateful that my doc gave me the ability to try on the samples so that I can make the right size choice.

I am 38yrs old 115lbs 5'1" and a 33" rib cage.

Get the 250's. I had 225 and thought they were way too small. I'm 5'3, 116llbs. 225cc is like a very good padded bra look. My PS suggested I go bigger but I was too afraid of looking "fake" and "huge boobs". I had to go back in to correct my left side, while under I went to 300cc. I love the new size. They still look natural yet give me a bit more fullness. 250 will look beautifully natural.

Thank you...I have benn stressing about the difference. I was origianlly gonna go with 200cc's bt my hubby said 250cc...I said let's meet in the middle at 225cc. I am stressing becuase I do ot want to be huge again. I have seen some girls with the 225-250cc's get a small d....if 380 put me at a large D smDD..I just don't want the 250's to put me at a D again. I feel a little better and more relaxed. Thank you for the info. What size are you now?

I measured a 32D with 225cc and still measure at 32D with 300, just fuller. I started out a breast-fed deflated 32B. DON'T STRESS ABOUT THE 32D SIZE!. I do not look like a D. I look like a B, or a C. The only people that have noticed my breast augmentation are a couple people at the gym, where I wear very tight clothes. Even then, they just suspected, not 100% sure. I think 250-300 is a very conservative size. 225 is barely noticable. It also depends on the profile. I have mods - which look the most natural.
