I suggested 250 CCs, but I am concerned that this will still be too large, as I am overly sensitive now to being too large. All I want now is to be a medium to full B. Hi Betsy, I've had 250ccs for 11 years and am changing them for 200ccs. Maybe even 175cc. (I still have some time to think.) I was a 34AA before and am now a 34C with the 250s. I, too, want to be smaller. A mid B would be perfect. I'm 5'4" 116lbs.

I'm in the under 300cc club now. I went with 255/275cc and LOVE my new boobs. Just what I was hoping for.

So glad to see this. I tried on 225cc at my consult today and was so surprised how big they looked! I asked for a smaller tester and they didn't even have one! They said no one gets them that small!!!!!

I have a consult on Thursday and I hope that they have a 200 tester. GEEZ, is NO ONE getting 200???

Thanks so much for your comment. I am thinking that 250 may be just a bit too big. Thanks for your input.

One thing worth keeping in mind --there isn't much difference between 25 ccs. It is only a couple spoonfuls of liquid. I'm not saying not to be precise --but I wouldn't get too stressed out about 25 ccs.

Thanks! That makes me feel like I am right in thinking 250 ccs is just a bit too big.

There seemed to be a pretty big difference between the 250 and the 225 to me, I guess because they are so small??? I think that a 200 would be good, since it's going under the muscle. Exactly how much is "lost" when you go under the muscle?

do smaller implants feel better

I recently got 350 cc saline implants and they are much larger than I want. I am planning on having them re-done to 210 ccs. I also considered just having them removed because I don't love the way they feel. I don't like that they feel hard against my muscle, and it makes me self conscious when I hug people. This is my question to the ladies with the smaller implants --do you think they will feel better when they are smaller? I would like to have some shape, so I hate to give up on them altogether. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

If you want to go smaller that's one thing, but they will get softer as time passes! Your profile says you are 2 months post op? With unders I think it can take longer than that to feel soft and natural (I have overs, which feel soft faster and they took about a month). Smaller might feel softer because you would have more natural tissue in proportion to the implant, but ask your PS, I'm not sure. Also you could consider switching to silicone if you downsize, they are supposed to be softer.

Thanks so much. I appreciate your comments. Part of me does want to go silicone but I really can't afford it, and I'm a little concerned that the scar is larger and of the possible health risk. I'm sure I'd prefer how they feel though.

Ok, so breast augmentation is done, and after asking PS to be in the 275cc range, he felt 300 was going to give me the look I wanted (full b/Small C.) It's still too early to tell, but I feel like I am going to be at least a full C, which is larger than I wanted, however, the size does look good on me with my height/weight (5'6" 130 lbs).

Best wishes for a speedy recovery! I am wishing I had gone with 300 instead of 275, I think you'll be happy in the long run!

i know this is a silly question, but would it be less painful and 'swollen' if i went for a smaller size CC (e.g. 275) rather than a larger one (e.g. 375, 400)? since i only told 2 people about my upcoming breast augmentation, camouflaging the results of the surgery for the first 1-2 months would be ideal

i tried on 275 cc at my consult. i intially wanted 250 but the consultant said to go with 275. i too have not told very many and really do not want my grown sons to know i did this so i am also camouflaging. however, i found out from my ps that she put in 275 but had to fill them to 330 to avoid rippling or pinching in the implant. i wish i would have known that overfilling was going to take place because i would have stayed with the 250. be sure to ask if they are going to be overfilled. don't get me wrong, i love them. i feel so much better about my appearance. my dh can't believe that depending on what i am wearing, he can't tell a diff, but naked he is pleasantly surprised....lol.....as far as more pain the bigger you go, i have no idea. i believe if they manipulate your pec muscles, you are going to have pain. good luck!

What's your ribcage measurement? circumference just under your boobs.. We have the same weight but I'm 5'5'' and my bra size pre breast augmentation was 32A.. You must be alot skinnier than me and I'm surprised you wear size 36 bra.. seems a bit too wide for you..and 36 A is equivalent to 32 C....

I went with 290 gm (=295 cc) and took me from 32 A to 32 D or 34 C and even 34 D in some bras.. but with clothes.. I do look like a full B small C...
If your bra size is really 36 A you might need more than 300 CC to make you a full B small C (depending if you want actual bra size or how it looks in clothes)..

Had 300 cc's.....

Hi everyone,

I just had my breast augmentation this past Wednesday 9/2/09. I was a 34A, and wanted to be around a full B, small C. So I had 300 cc's in the left, and 330 cc's in the right. ( I had some asymmetry). Now, just 3 days post-op, I feel like they are at a good size for my body, but my question is, When the swelling goes away, will I still be close to this size? Can anyone give me some advice?

thank you soooo much!!!

In my case my boobs didn't change size after the swelling went down.. They seem smaller than before but the bra size is still the same.. All what changed is the shape and the way they fill the bra.. I had 290 gm implants and I'm 6 weeks post op now..

Hi girls :-) I had my surgery on August 14th. 260 in each. I'm very satisfied so far, but can't wait for the girls to REALLY drop and fluff.

By the way... when you are talking about "going from 280 but getting filled to 310". Is this something that happens on the PS's table? My PS and I decided on 240, but he told me that he had put in 260.

Did he fill in more silicone in the implants he had just put in me (if that's possible), or did he give me new, bigger implants??

Sorry for asking such stupid questions, but I don't have English as my native language.
