There's a reason it's hard to accurately guess everyone's bra size, and that's because not all women are the same size, period! Breast size is completely subjective, what's huge on one woman will look small on another.
A 34C set of boobs are gonna look waaaaay bigger on a girl who's 5'3 than they would on a girl who's 6'. Even though they could share a bra.
So if you're looking at some random set of boobs, you're really basing your perception of how 'large' they are based on how big they are in comparison to her ribcage, how far they project past her sides, etc. There are no absolutes.
Looking at pictures of cup sizes won't be very helpful because the models could be tall or they could be shorter (usually they're tall though). If you're not the same size as the model, heightwise and weightwise, that pair of breasts will look different on you.
So it might be more helpful to find pictures where you like the proportions of the breasts. Sometimes it's easier to do a process of elimination, have a set of pictures where the breasts are definitely too small, and a set of too large. I went through tons of slides with my PS, doing exactly that. "Too big. Those look good. Nope, too small." That's what helped me.
I lost 130lb and I'm getting sexy back!
