Cleavage

My question is, (mine are already spaced about 1, 1 1/2" apart, preBA) if I get implants that give me cleavage and they are close, am I going to have problems (like extra sweat in the summer, breast acne, and I can't remember what other rumors I've hears....)
I'm still in the beginning research phase, and I have lots of questions! I mean, I'm pretty small chested- this will be a whole new thing for me!

standing natually I would like to have about 1 finger width. However with certain clothes, and some bras I can get the butt crack cleavage. Heck I can get that with just crossing my arms.

I have the same issue. I can also hold a paper clip in my clevage. I think that my natural clevage was already like that to begin with though. I have a narrow chest too! I am not sure if I would like them to be farther apart or not. I do think that it shows off the shape better when there is a gap between them. But for me it seems like a natural look to have them as close as they are. I was watching a show on breast augmentation's and the PS was doing a correction on a clevage that was too close. He referred to it as "uniboob". It kinda freaked me out a bit. Is this what I have?? Any opinions????

I think mine are as close as yours- and I just had my 1 year..ps said I have great cleavage, and no "uniboob"... that is symastia- and occurs when the implants are too close and the muscle is lifted or cut off the sternum... I love having cleavage!!
