If you could choose, how much space would you want there to be between your breasts at their closest point?

Some girls have said they feel their breasts are too wide apart to create good natural cleavage. How close do your breasts have to be? Or is it just a question of how big they are? I am so clueless about cleavage!

I got a gap between mine, but im happy with it, natural boobs dont have ready made cleavage, or do they ?????? I can get good cleavage with the right bra

I have a thumbs width now and it's just enough. I can push them together if need be or leave them alone. I like em'.

I have about 1 1/2inches and I think it's just right for me. If I want good cleavage I just wear the right kind of bra otherwise I think having some space between them makes them look more natural.

I've never been able to get good cleavage, even when I was heavier and the girls were bigger, and even with the right bra. My boobs are naturally a good inch or two apart. I'd love to be able to get great cleavage after my breast augmentation, but I wouldn't want them too close. Maybe a thumb and a half?

Mine are less than a pinkie's width apart - my PS says you could hold a paper clip between them without anything on....and he's just about right. I never even considered cleavage pre-breast augmentation, because I never had any. Now that I have a lot, I like it. My PS says I got what many women ask for...he seems VERY pleased with the results. But, I have a very narrow chest, so there really isn't any room for them to be apart.

When I first had my breast augmentation done I was scared that I would never be able to push them together!! They were so stiff and straight. I can push them together now, but naturally I have an inch between them. A great bra does wonders for me!

I have about one finger width between my breasts, but when I wear a bra they still don't touch. that's what I want.

Okay, thanks, girls, I feel like I'm narrowing this down (no pun intended) but....how are you supposed to measure cleavage?

When I tip my chest forward and my boobs hang down, it seems like they are half an inch apart (thumb's width?), but when I lie on my back, it's more like an inch and a half. ???

And what's considered "natural"? Do most PS's try to make your breast start rising where the edge of your sternum ends?

I am still feeling SO CLUELESS.

Im clueless too ! all i know is, mine look like they've had a row and are not talking w/o a bra, and an even bigger argument when im laying down, and then make up nicely in a tight bra ! i just asked for how my boobs wouldve been had i not breastfed kids and aged. i dont think there's a 'natural' or 'normal', cos we're all different .

Talk about "sibling rivalry"! I'll never be able to think of my boobs the same way again. I guess my boobs "need their space" from each other LOL. Oh you do have a way with words!

I personally like that I don't have defined cleavage without a bra. Just seems more natural to me. If I just push them a bit together I get butt cheak cleavage.

I've heard that it's tough to create cleavage... like you get what you had before but bigger. And a bit more cleavage can be attained with different implant types... but not dramatically.

I could be wrong. But either way, I'd be disturbed if I had cleavage without a bra on!

I guess my problem is I don't know what the normal range of separation width is for natural C or D cup breasts, so I have no way of knowing what looks natural and what crosses the line.

That's the thing. There is no "normal". We all have different boobies with different sternums.

We are all very different. I have at least 3 fingers between mine, though it is due to my anatomy and nothing I can do about it. I never had any cleavage before, so now I dont have any after.
My PS has done a perfect job in regards to shape and positioning the implant centred behind my nipples etc so there is no issue there.
He said that I would have to have a HUGE implant to make any significant change ie bring them 1 finger apart. Unfortunatly even a fabulous bra doesnt get them touching and I used to be very upset about it and had many tears, though now I have accepted it as really, having boobs is FAR better than where I was before without any boobs...so WOOO HOOOOO to boobies, upper pole fullnes, fitting clothes and wearing bikinis on the beach!! Willing to accept my gorgeous new boobs for that!!!!

i think having a gap is natural, but there are some girls that you can really tell is a big gap. but a little is good, I think

i don't think anyone really has ready to go cleavage... you've gotta wear the right bra with the right top!
