Question Small C or Full C? Big difference?

I'm not going to go by CC's because I don't really know how many CCs I will end up getting. But I originally wanted a "small" C vs a "full" C. But my PS and the ladies at the office all tell me to go with a full C because I will regret it. Is that true?

Also, my PS said if I wanted a small C, I may only end up with a large B and it's always better to end up a little bigger than smaller. Honestly, if I ended up with just a large B, I do think I'd be a little disappointed because I would have gone through all that trouble. Is there really a big difference between a small and a full C?

I just told my PS that I have decided on a full C, moderate plus. But now I'm doubting myself again! Help me! My date is next Friday. Why am I still confused?! I did show him a picture of the look I would like and it is in fact, exactly the size and profile he recommended. I'm still terrified of going too big because I'm so thin. I wish I can see some pics of ladies here with similar stats, but I'm not a member yet. (WHINE! HINT!)

Ok, now I'm just rambling....I'm just so nervous. I'm sure you ladies can relate. Let me know what you guys think....1)big difference between small and full C? 2)Is it always better to end up a little bigger than smaller?

I went to a small C and I regret it! Go bigger, you can always dress them up or down. I'm still wearing crazy push ups and padded bras to get the look I went. I wanted to be conservative but my family and friends can barely notice a difference. I promise you won't regret it! Good Luck!

bewbs...kellydin86 is right! You will absolutely not regret going for the larger size. I too wanted to be conservative and every day I wake up kicking myself in the butt for not going bigger. Making a big decision to have a BA is not easy nor is it cheap. When you make the final choice to move forward, you want to make the right choice so you have no regrets nor will you have to experience a revision. Being able to do it right from the start is priceless!

It is true, although you may fit into a C bra, in your clothes, you will look smaller. Have you tried on sizers with various shirts? Do you already have a look in mind that you want with and without clothes?

I know this is not an easy decision.....I wish you luck and I know no matter what you decide you will look amazing! Let us know what you finally decide on!

Thank you Kelly and Sara ! I did try on sizers and anything beyond my own skin looked weird. Haha. Just not used to it you know? I think I will stick to my decision and hope for the best!

I may be late in posting this as I believe you said your surgery was this Friday but I too had the same worries of going too big/being top heavy. I brought 3 of my favorite shirts I normally wear and tried on sizes to see what the difference would be if I went up a few cc's and decided full C was best. I too thought full B/small C would be fine but after hearing advices of my ps and friends who went through this, slightly bigger is better. I have no regrets and I am glad I went with the full C look. Best of luck!!!

I am torn over this decision myself especially since my PS did not discuss sizes with me at my pre-op so my date is only a week away and I have no idea what he's going to put in me!!!

I want to go full B/small C too since I am really petite and starting with nothing...I THINK I won't mind a full C look personally but I'm also so scared of rippling and them looking too big or unproportional to my petite stature!

what size and profile did your PS recommend?

are you saying you want to LOOK like a full C, or WEAR a full C? Remember that fake ones always look a little smaller in clothes than real ones, so if you want to look like a full C you might end up wearing a D cup bra, and if your PS is going to try to fit you into a C cup bra, you might end up looking like a B. Just something to keep in mind.

That aside, like everyone has already said, it's better to err on the side of "too big" vs "too small." Before my surgery I was always afraid of going too big and looking unnatural. I ended up going with the largest size recommended by my PS and still feel small some days. Boobie greed happen to everyone!

I agree with all the ladies. A small C is really more like a B, implants are definitely smaller than really breasts. I first asked for a small C, then I changed my mind pre op and asked for a full C. If I could go back I would have asked for a full D so that I could look like a C...

Glad you are choosing the larger of the two sizes! I freaked out and changed my mind on size at the last minute and ended up as a full B to a small C--big mistake! I am happy that I have some more shape than I did, but they really disappear in clothing for the most part! I look like a regular B in clothing. Good luck next week!

I'm also afraid of rippling but I don't think the sizes we are deciding on really makes a difference as far as preventing rippling. I noticed you are very petite. I'm thin but taller. We are in the same boat!
I think if you already know you wouldn't mind ending up a full C, then go for it! Reading everyone's responses here really helped and ease my mind about going bigger.

My dr recommended a full C, moderate plus silicone. I'm thinking as far as CCs go, it might be around 300. Would love to know what you end up with!

Why is this so difficult! Lol I think my PS said the size he recommends will make me look like a C in clothes, but naked not sure. I didn't know what he meant by that but I guess I do now.

But I think I've made up my mind. Full C it is. I don't want booby greed!
