800cc and too small

I had my first breast augmentation on March 9, 2006, about 7 months ago. I got 455cc Inamed HP saline. That only brought me up 2 sizes from a 32c to a 32dd. I am 5'1", 107 lbs, with a 27in ribcage. I had a redo two weeks ago, on September 27 to go to 800cc Mentor HP silicone. I was hoping this would bring me up alot in size, and that I would look at least as big as Pamela Anderson, but I barely look any different at all.

I'm so frustrated because I've spent nearly $15,000 on plastic surgery, and I still don't have huge boobs. I know alot of people say you have to wait to drop and fluff, but then again when people post about being "too big" everyone assures them that they will get smaller. After my last surgery mine didn't get any bigger, they just kept getting smaller and smaller. I don't know what is wrong with my body and why it eats up the cc's like this. I'm short and I have a small ribcage and I started out with some breast tissue, so why do girls who are tall, with larger ribcages and less natural tissue get much smaller implants than I got and still look twice as big?

Could it be that I have really strong chest muscles and instead of losing say 20% of the implant size that I lost like 40% by going under the muscle? I'm thinking of asking my surgeon about getting a redo to switch out my implants to overs, could this help with the size? It's not like they make a bigger silicone implant, and I don't want to go big with saline because I know rippling will be even worse that it was during my first surgery. I feel like I'm out of options. Is it possible that I didn't fully "fluff" after my last surgery. I did only wait 6 months (the minimum amount of time possible) to get a redo. Did anyone get bigger after 6 months post-op? Otherwise I fear that I may just be genetically cursed somehow. It's not like I'm being delusional either, when i ask my friends, they say I look like a D, which is the same size people thought I looked like after my last surgery (even though I wore a dd).

I'm sorry to be so negative. I'm just so upset, and I feel so ripped off on size, and I just want to cry. I need some reassurance that there might be some way to make them look bigger (besides push-up bras, which I thought I could forget about after my redo).

Wow. It does seem strange how you are not feeling much bigger...I think for starters, you do need to give the body chance here..they need to settle more...do you know what cupsize you are at the moment?..

I was posting to another girl tonight, about cc's and cupsizes...and it does seem that sometimes, even when you have a good starting point, that it doesn't always guarantee a huge result...I hope things turn in your direction for you..whatever your expectations were, I hope you get them...patience I guess at the moment...are you going to talk to your ps about it?

It is a lot of money to spend, and I feel for you that you aren't really happy with your results xxx

yes, i would say just wait it out to see if they grow..but you did get unders so that would explain them being small right now..just give it time

Congrats on the new big boobies! Sorry that you are not seeing results, though. Keep in mind that silicones are A LOT more compressible than saline. So yes, I do think it's your pecs holding down the implants. But it's 800cc's...that's approximately twice what you had before, so you HAVE to be bigger...there's no way you'll stay the same. Just give it some more time. I'm sure you'll drop and fluff in no time. =)

Do they still appear high? Are they pretty firm and "fixed" into position? If so, then yes..it's your pecs holding them down. Right after my surgery I was a 32DD but after MANY months I ended up much bigger than that.

When you had your last set, did they get to a point where they were free in the pocket, moving, bouncing?

What profile did you get? Remember that the women you see with really large "out there" looking breasts tend to go with high profiles. Mods tend to look pretty small in comparison, particularly under clothing.

The only other thing I can think of is your chest wall anatomy. Some women have the sort that when the implants are put in they sit into the chest some, rather than just on top of it. That probably didn't make any sense.

Look..you're still very early post op, and even though this was a redo I'm guessing you just need to give your pecs some more time.

Thanks for the support. It's so hard trying to be patient. I know my implants are extremely high right now, and they have to drop alot, but I also know that I didn't really get bigger last time. However, I don't think my implants were as high/flat last time either. Maybe this is because I got silicone and they are temporarily compressed more than the saline?

Dare, I did get HP implants, but they don't seem to stick out that much. I actually feel like I got more width than projection out of them. I am hoping this changes. I want to at least look like a DD. Also, my breasts did get to the point where they were soft and bouncy last time, and they got more full from about the 3-6 month mark, but they got smaller in terms of what bra size I could wear.

I do plan on asking my plastic surgeon about having an operation to switch to overs when I see him next week. I'm just afraid he'll think I'm a little insane, but I want to be happy with my results, and maybe overs will do that for me.

It's not like I'm a body builder or anything...in fact I don't even lift weights, I do mostly cardio and pilates. But my first surgeon had mentioned that I had extremely strong chest muscles, and this is why I ask. For example, could someone with strong chest muscles have their implants lose 30% of size in the long run, whereas someone without strong chest muscles would only lose 10% of size? I don't know if that made sense, but that's a big concern of mine with the unders.

I don't know why that is but I feel the same way about my last surgery. I love really big Pamela Anderson type boobies and I was hoping to achieve that look when I had my surgery. Don't get me wrong. I love my PS. I adore him. With what I'm going through from my infection that resulted to my removal of my left implant on last Tuesday. I have been using a 700cc implant to insert in my bra and have been stuffing it also with gauze, tissues, ect to match my right breast and to tell you the truth behind this nightmere I'm going through, I really like how I look in my clothes now.. Yeah, crazy,huh? So when I go back to see my PS I'm going to show him what I've been doing and tell him how I want to acheive this size when we go back in to replace my implant... I have to wait three months for my left breast to heal but I like this size, so I can relate to you........I'm at 700cc's silicone under the muscle and I was expecting the same result, big Pamela Anderson type of boobies.......AAAAh this is so crazy, I have to laugh, but I can relate.... Kiti123, Thank you for the compliment! I swear I have moments where I really think a little larger might do the trick. That is just me though. But with what I'm going through with having to stuff my bra(lost my left implant due to an infection, waiting for three months for my body to heal to replace it) I love how I look with my clothes when I have to do my magic of trying to conceal the loss of my implant. When I see my PS in a month, I'm going to show him what I've been doing and show him the new look. I'm going to ask him if we can achieve the new look when he has to go back in there. You need to give them some time to D&F.. Can take a while..
I got dd's with 450's. You are surely going to be e's. You are a small girl..

You really should gain 2 more cup sizes from 800's..

Try to be patient. There has to be a size difference. I lift weights alot, I am not a bodybuilder by any stretch, but I think my chest muscles are very strong and I don't think they are concealing the implant any more. I think your chest muscles might be tight and have to relax and let the implant drop, but it's not a bad question to ask your ps. Again, I know it's very difficult to be patient, but I think you will see the difference. Have you taken photos of yourself and your progress. That helps alot. Try that. Good Luck sweetie.

With your stats, you are a very petite lady, and 800 ccs has got to make some kind of difference. I am way bigger than you are, and I know that 800ccs scared the s*** out of me. I agree with the other ladies. Give it time, and most of all, have patience. The results will not happen overnight. From what I have learned, it takes most a couple of months. So hang in there. It has got to get better.

i think that in your case patience will really help you , it might take a year to see your final size...

also i cant imagine how 800 cc implants can look small on your tiny little frame...perhaps you are just used to them now and they dont "seem" big anymore?

Also, comparing yourself to women like pam anderson when it comes to breast size may be giving you unrealistic expectations.

Good luck and i hope you drop and fluff soon! also, maybe vigorous massage could release the tension in your chest muscles that may be compressing the implant?

Wow!!! I am 5'7 130 pounds and with a slim figure. I have 720 cc's. They are def LARGE and I think I beat Pam Anderson. It's strange to me that 800 cc's are still making you look like a D. My advice to you would be...def DO NOT go over the muscle as doing so will increase your risk of having a capsule. Also I know you want huge boobs, but keep in mind that the heavier the implant the higher the risk of having to go back in and spend more money than you already have try'n to get a lift and pull em back up where they belong. The weight will eventually bring them down. Good luck!!!

I got mine a little over two weeks ago. I started with a 360cc implant overfilled to 400cc which made me a 32E from a 32B and now with these huge freakin implants I am actually measuring a smaller cup size!!! I am so frustrated! Also my implants have already dropped so I don't think I have to wait for that anymore, and like you said with my first implants they kept getting smaller and smaller, I never got the nice "fluff" that some women talk about. Good luck to you though! Just know that you are not alone!!!

Sorry to hear that. They are unders and they are huge implants so I say wait to see if they fluff. I know what you mean, its like alot of people wanna tell people what they wanna hear. I am gonna try to be honest. OK so you were a 32C and you got 455's to go up 2 cup sizes. Well as your breasts get larger the less more cc's will do for you. I would say you will be a small 32G in the end if not a very full F. I am not going to tell you you will be a massive H cup cuz I doubt it, I am trying to figure it out with what 435's got you. I say give it a bit of time, but with 800's you should have some big boobs, if you have a 32 band size then you are a small girl so try to relax, you got huge implants they should look great.

i have the 800s too and i haven't shopped for bras yet.

my look bigger to me all the time. actually today i was lying in bed, looking in the mirror and i was like OMG, they are huge. sometimes they don't seem big to me at all....

Doesn't it just suck that this has to be an issue for us??? I mean 800cc sounds ridiculously huge to me, but then I have them and they look so tiny!!! I am so sorry that you have to go through this and I am sorry that I have to go through it too! We have spent a lot of time, a lot of freaking money!!!, and been through a lot of pain, but who knows maybe every one will be right and at the end of this we will have gigantic boobs!!!
