partial unders and sizers/rice test

Hi I'm getting partial unders. I like the look of the 210 sizers in the PS's office and also when I do the rice test.
Do partial unders squash them as much as full unders? I mean, do i have to add on 15% to get the look I want?
Also I'm getting low profile - so i guess that's alos a 'flatter' look anyway.
The 240 sizers and rice bags looked too big on me for the look i want. But would they be right when they're in??

personally, I am going up 50cc's from the size that I liked. I'm getting unders, and that will make them look a bit smaller, plus I just don't want to end up with boobie greed. If I were you, I'd go with 240... they won't look as big once they are in
