Cool 350 cc or more subfascial??

Hi ladies does anyone have 350 or more with subfascial placement? I was really liking the 500's cogels but now I think they would be too big I really want a full C but that 500 would put my little 34A way into D range. Now I am thinking about 400cc and I was wanting to get it subfascia. Wanted to know what the ladies experiences were who had subfascial placement with 350 or more??

I was initially considering subfascial placement but after talking with two PS's decided on going with overs. What does your PS say about size and placement?

This is a good explanation: http://www.advanced-art.com/Breast-Aug-Over-Under.htm
They can place the implant under the muscle (partial) or under the muscle and the fascia (completely under the muscle).

I got 700cc's silicone co-gels completely submuscular. They look great so far. I must say that my recovery was pretty painful for the first few days but other than that I love them!

Fascia is a sleeve for all muscles. Subfascia palcement is in the sleeve of the muscle but the top part of muscle by the gland. I was told by the PS of my first consult that I should go that route because my profession can be strenuous at times (I'm a chiropractor) and I have to do weights to keep my upper body strong for some of the work I have to do. He said if I go submuscular that I would hate it bc when I flex it would push the implant out of place... Also a couple of girls I went to school with got them subglandular and they started to sag after a while so I am worried about that too. I want at least a full C and just want nice perky boobs that will stay where they should be.

I was confused about this too. I knew my ps went under my muscle but wasn't exactly sure if completely unders. I printed out pictures showing partical unders and complete unders and asked him what I had. He said that mine are under the muscle and fascia but at the bottom of the fascia he made a few snips so the implant would fall a little like a natural breast. He said very rarely are they complete unders with an intact fascia.

I have 375cc mentor HP subfascial placement. Recovery was pretty easy (mostly nausea knocked me around but not much pain). Looked good at 3 weeks, great at 2-3 months. They are a bit too big for me but I am currently trying to see if I can get to like them but recommend the placement.

I have some questions for you though. How big were you before the BA? Do you need to have more breast tissue to start with so that the implant will not show as much? Or was that not an issue for you? I am pretty small and that was the recommended approach for me due to my career. BTW I think yours look great! Thanks!

I was a 32D BUT I had a wide BWD for my RC (28) and my breasts were flat so the PS said I had the equivalent tissue of a small B. So to compare, say I started a 32B. I had a fair amount of tissue (a "B" is a decent amount when talking implants) but I was slim.

My Dr just said that subfascial combines the best aspects of both overs/unders. I would seem to agree. My muscles haven't been cut at all, so pain was minimal (just the fascia of the muscle separated from the muscle.

That pic in my avatar is old now - must pop a new one in so you can see the latest.

That link does NOT describe subfascial placement. Here:
