it's hard to tell if they are fake or not. honestly, mine look similar in shape (hers are a bit closer together/bigger) and I can attest that mine are indeed fake. it's tough to tell in some cases.

I'd guess 34 DD/E. Maybe 36D? I don't think her a$$ is real either. Her PS did a fantastic job. But real or not, I think she's got fabulous body . I so want her curves!

I think they're enhanced - she probably had a good amount of tissue to begin with, so they look a lot more natural than some people's.

And I am thinking the boobs are too! I have a girlfriend thats in her 40s and has never had kids and has awesome looking natural boobies that look alot like Kims. I would also say she is a DD/E. Some pics they look larger but you know how pics can be altered (sp)..

Many women of Middle Eastern descent have big breasts. All the Kardashians are busty and have nice curves. I seriously doubt every single one of them got implants.

Back to the original question . . . my guess is 34 or 36DD

I had 34DD (almost too small) with some droop and everyone thought I was natural (was not).

I don't think she is natural -- too much fullness at the top pole and center along with that droop and size.

I would venture to say she is an F cup -- I would not think smaller.

I just saw her on ETV today ..she said everyone thinks her butt is fake and said 'no one wants to believe it's real but it is' she just looks curvy to me. showed her other family members who were also curvy lucky

I dont think they're real......only because of the fullness even with the droop she may have....because I had a lot of my own natural tissue pre-breast augmentation even though it was deflated...and now at one year post op....mine has natural slope to them (like braless) but still can look fake when in a bra and stuff.....
